X-Factory Infinity XB2 dirt spec rear tower

X-Factory have introduced their new Infinity dirt spec rear tower for the XB2. Matching the Xray geometry perfectly, X-Factory’s tower is stronger and stiffer, made from 4mm carbon fibre making it also less flexible than the 3.5mm kit tower, all important characteristics in outdoor racing with its larger jumps and higher speeds. Made from U.S. carbon fibre in X Factory’s new Michigan shop, the thicker tower is different from standard in one respect. The kit tower is installed with bolts that thread into the CF, while using the same bolts with the Infinity tower, you must secure it with lock nuts provided with the tower.

VBC Racing introduce new Wildfire D09 option parts

VBC Racing have introduced a range of new option parts for the Wildfire D09 electric touring car kit. First up is the Dynamics upper deck that provides refined flex areas and increased hardness compared to the standard part. Also new is the Dynamics rear shock tower that utilises redesigned shock mounting locations for an overall lower centre of gravity and thus quicker vehicle response. Next up are hardened 7075-T6 aluminium front spool outdrives. The lightweight parts are Type III hard anodised for wear, they are suitable for both stock and modified racing and fit all Wildfire front spools. Last but not least are new aluminium spring retainers for VBC’s TBB and TBBS shock systems. Machined from aluminium and offering a lightweight design and gun metal anodised surface, the spring cups are also usable on the standard shock absorbers and they make for precisely fitted shock springs. All parts are available separately to bring older VBC Wildfire D09’s to the latest Dynamics Edition specification.
