T-Works TC8 6mm Bearing Wheel Hub Axle +0.5 | +1mm

T-Works has produced this Bearing Wheel Hub Axle in both +0.5mm and +1mm options for the Team Associated TC8 1:10 Electric Touring Car.  Machined from lightweight 7075 aluminium alloy and treated with a black anodisation process, for combined high strength, scratch resistance and corrosion resistance, compared to the original kit hub axle, the T-Works version are 0.5mm and 1.0mm thicker, allowing fine adjustment of the wheelbase to avoid steering interference and improve the smoothness of four-wheel steering.  It also enhances the cars anti-roll capability and driving stability.  Equipped with a 6mm bearing structure and anti-detachment design, this ensures stable power transmission without loosening.

Reflex Racing RX28 Gen 3 Conversion Kits

Following the recent release of its third generation RX28 kits, 1:28 specialists Reflex Racing is now offering conversion kits for Gen 2 car owners to upgrade their car to Gen 3 spec.  Available in RX28D WE and RX28SE WE options, the conversion kit fully upgrades your Gen 2 Worlds Car into the latest Gen 3 spec RX28.   The conversion kit are a limited run from the US manufacturer which them currently taking pre-orders for the kits.

Contact RC Fully Automated Tyre Truer

After the success of their manual tyre truer, and following years of testing, tyre brand Contact RC has now released a fully automatic tyre truer.  Featuring an adjustable truing diameter of 36-80mm, adjustable truing angle 0°-2°, and tyre width cutting adjustment, the 12V DC input truer comes with a pre-installed carbide cutting tool.  With regulated speed for fully automatic truing it has a distinctive transparent yellow plexiglass protective cover and side protective cover and comes complete with it own highly protective carry bag.

T-Works 0.9 | 1.3mm Allen Wrenches

Aftermarket parts & accessories producer T-Works has added two new tip sizes to its Allen Wrench range with a new 0.9mm and 1.3mm option.  Intended for working on cars like the new 1:28 Team Associated RC28,  the tips are 60mm in length with T-Works offering separate replace tips if needed.

Van Der Bol caps off Dutch 1:5 title with Rucphen win

The final round of the Dutch 1:5 National Championship took place at Rucphen, where it was Mecatech/GRP driver Rick Van der Bol who capped off his 2025 title success with a race win.  In qualifying Hessel Roskam secured the TQ ahead of Van der Bol thanks to his time from the second of the three 8-minute qualifying runs.  Luke Van den Berg completed the Top 3 on the grid for the 30-minute final.  In the main, with set-up changes improving the speed of his car, World & European Championship finalist Van der Bol quickly got to the front before Roskam retired from the race.  Staying clear out front, multiple Dutch Champion Van der Bol would win ahead of sixth place qualifier Bas Aalders with Marco Harleman completing the podium ahead of Van den Berg who recorded the fastest lap of the final.

MXLR Tungsten Weights

MXLR has released a range of new Tungsten Weights.  From the smallest 5 gram cube weight to stick between electronics in a 1:12 scale car to the biggest 20 gram ESC plate, the range consist of 9 different weight options.  With round corners as well as polished surfaces, each weigh is laser engraved on the topside for easy identification.  With thin double sided tape (0.1-0.2mm) recommend for installation of the eights, the range includes 5 grams in both balance and cube options, balance 10 grams, receiver 12 grams, brick and ESC 15 grams, and ESC 20 gram.

CRC confirm Payne return for MonTech NYGP

CRC’s Ollie Payne has been confirmed for next month’s MonTech New York Grand Prix, the British driver the latest international entry announced for the seventh edition of the high profile US indoor race.  With the NYGP at 360v2 RC in New Rochelle the nearest thing RC will get to having a race in Time Square, the track just a 20-minute train ride from the centre of the City That Never Sleeps, Payne is a previous visitor to the Donny Lia organised event.  The reigning European 1:12 Spec Champion and British National Champion joins Awesomatix pairing Lucas Urbain & reigning 1:12 Spec World Champion Max Mächler, and Xray’s Jan Ratheisky as they travel stateside to take on some of the best drivers in the US.  Taking place from October 16-19th, this year’s event will see drivers compete for victory over 9 different classes with registration for the 2025 MonTech New York Grand Prix open here.
