Dennis Sting joins Xray

Xray have announced the signing of young and talented multiple German Junior Champion Dennis Sting to their team. Dennis is focused for nitro on-road racing and will race at all major events including the Euros, the ENS and the German Nationals in 2015 using Xray’s RX8 and NT1 kits. Dennis had the following to say:

I am very happy and excited for this great opportunity and want to thanks to Xray for their trust in me. To be part of World Championship winning team is a great honor for me and I will do my best to represent Xray in the best possible way. I will be racing all the major nitro on-road races as well the ENS series and will be available to anyone to help out.

LRP S8 Rebel carbon fibre shock towers

LRP have carbon fibre shock towers for the S8 Rebel 1/8th scale buggy available. Made to improve stability while lowering the overall weight of the buggy the shock towers come cut from high-quality carbon fibre and they sport machined LRP logos for easy identification. The parts are available separately and fit both the S8 Rebel BX nitro and BXe electric buggy.

Sweep Tendroid 2WD buggy front tyre

Sweep Racing introduce the Tendroid front tyre for 1/10th scale 2WD buggies. Offering a pretty unique design with a deep W-shaped inner tread and massive “android”-shaped outer portions the tyre is made especially for grooved track conditions. Made to fit most 2WD front rims the tyre is available in ultra soft silver, extra soft blue, soft red, medium white and a soft clay compound.

Hot Race 1/10th scale formula wheels

Italian company Hot Race Tyres introduce pre-glued rubber tyres for 1/10th scale formula cars. Coming in a single compound for the front and rear the wheels are pre-glued using multi-spoke rims and they fit most of today’s formula chassis. The wheels will become available by the end of March.

Lars Hoppe teams up with Maxima Fuel

Following his move to chassis sponsors ARC Germany’s Lars Hoppe now also has a new fuel supplier. Using Maxima fuel for his 2015 campaign the German frontrunner joins team mates like Jörn Neumann, Dirk Wischnewski, Kaja Novotny and Malin Karlsen.

JConcepts T5M chassis decals & titanium turnbuckles

JConcepts have new accessories for the Team Associated T5M stadium truck available in the form of chassis protective sheets and a 6-piece titanium turnbuckle set. Starting with the chassis decals, the pre-cut stickers come in sets of two and they not only protect the chassis bottom from becoming excessively scratched but they also decrease friction between the chassis and the dirt surface.

Dirk Wischnewski renews with Matrix

Matrix Racing Tires have announced that former European Champion and multiple time German Champion Dirk Wischnewski renewed with the Italian manufacturer for the 2015 season. A 200mm class specialist the 33-years old Sheperd team driver is a regular A-Main finalist at international races, and in 2015 he will be in contention for the European title as well as the Euro Nitro Series title.

H-Speed WTF1 carbon fibre main chassis plate

H-Speed have a new carbon fibre main chassis plate for CRC’s WTF1 Formula car available. Cut from high-quality multi-directional 4mm carbon fibre the chassis allows to run a shorty LiPo pack in transversal position for increased rear traction and improved steering. The optional rear cross brace allows the use of a rubber O-ring to secure the battery pack, similar to the design seen on the Carpet Knife Xti WC 1/12th scale car. On top of that both parts will reduce the flex of the chassis for even better on-track performance.
