Serpent have new lightweight aluminium servo arms for the Natrix 748 nitro touring car available. They are machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium, come grey anodised and laser-etched and are available as 23T,. 24T and 25T spline variant to cover all of today’s servo output gears. The arms are a direct replacement for the composite arms found in the 748 kit and make for improved durability and steering precision.

In the build-up of the forthcoming IFMAR 1/10th Electric On-road World Championships Yokomo announce the soon release of the BD7 2015 touring car kit. Building on the World-wide success of the BD7 2014 the Yukijiro Umino designed car will include the team’s latest ideas in touring car design. The 2015 specification kit will be revealed on September 29th with the World’s team aiming to snatch the prestigious World Championship title with the production car from October 6th on.

From T-Works for Futaba’s new top-of-the-foodchain 4PX radio come several anodised aluminium screw kits to personalise the transmitter. The fasteners are made from 7075-T6 aluminium and they come in red, orange and “Tamyia” blue colour to match your chassis’ colour code or optional transmitter wraps.

For the expanding 1/8th scale rally game market French company RB introduce their Rally Xtrem engine. Based on the experience gained with the original Rally engine, RB focussed on an efficient power output on both ends of the RPM spectrum. The engine features a 7-port sleeve with MES and two extra lubrication holes, a machined, both hard wearing and lightweight piston, and a new, balanced 14.5mm turbo crankshaft with silicon inserts. The engine now also comes with a black coated crankcase and it is available separately or including a 2092 in-line exhaust set.

FTW introduce the Reactor bodyshell for the Hot Bodies D812 1/8th off-road buggy. The uniquely shaped body is designed to offer a good balance between aggressive downforce and stabilising sideforce while improving jump stability at the same time. Made for the Hot Bodies D8T Tessmann Edition nitro truggy are five additional steering block arm sets from HPI Racing. They are made to fine tune the handling of the truck with the steering arm set ‘Type 1’ offering the least Ackermann steering geometry with the Ackermann effect increasing across the range of arm sets as the ‘Type’ number increases respectively. More Ackermann makes the car easier to drive, the less Ackermann, the more aggressive the car becomes.
