Maxima Fuel sign Malin Karlsen

Maxima announce the signing of young talent Malin Karlsen. The 9-years old and super-fast girl from Norway will use Maxima fuel for the remainder of the 2014 season and beyond. Malin has the following to say about her latest sponsorship deal:

Shepherd V10 differential gaskets

Shepherd announce a new gasket for the gear differential of the V10 car. Together with a leading German sealing manufacturer Shepherd developed a gasket of a new shape and made from a special material. The new material combines the characteristics of a fibre gasket with the positive properties of an elastomer, thus making it possible to produce a gasket that allows for easy installation due to the stable surface tension, excellent adaptability to unevenness at minimum surface pressure levels and very low leakage levels even when surface pressure is extremely low. The new seals are also offer excellent temperature stability and they are available from now on.

SpeedMerchant World GT4 200mm pan car kit

SpeedMerchant have released first images of the World GT4 200mm pan car kit. The vehicle is based off the forthcoming RoadKill 10 235mm kit and offers a slim carbon fibre main chassis that can take 2S standard, 2S shorty or 1S LiPo battery packs. A new-style easy-to-adjust front suspension is also part of the package as is a class-standard link-type rear suspension with dual roll dampers. The side springs act on the lower power pod plate rather than on the sidelinks for improved precision and better adjustability while a lightweight motor pod makes for a good balance between low weight and rigidity. Team C TC10 carbon fibre bumper support

Team C introduce another option part for the TC10 touring car kit in the form of this carbon fibre bumper support. Machined from 2mm carbon fibre the bumper support is made to replace the stock composite plate with a more sturdy and cooler looking part. It also offers improved support for the front body mounts for better aerodynamics in corners and on the high-speed parts of the track. It is understood that the bumper support comes as a set including two orange anodised aluminium posts to connect the upper plate with the lower bumper plate.

GForce Wi-Fi Link module for TS series controllers

Made for the use with GForce’s TS120A, TS90A and 1S120A speed controllers is the the Japanese manufacturer’s new Wi-Fi Link module. The device allows to adjust the speed controller’s software parameters using an iOS or Android-based mobile device. Plugged into the programming port of the ESC and mated with your mobile device the module is used in place of the standard programming box for a more convenient adjustment of the various throttle, boost and brake parameters.

Team C TC02C Evo conversion kit

Following the announcement of the new TC02C Evo 2WD buggy kit, Team C will soon also have a conversion kit for non-Evo TC02C’s available. The set includes a new longer composite chassis, a new transmission case, gear differential, a milled aluminium motor plate, battery plate and several other parts such as a new rear shock tower and bulkhead, to bring the standard buggy to full Evo specifications. The conversion kit is rounded out by a new bodyshell but it lacks the rear anti-roll bar that comes with the full-blown kit.

Stefan Scheuenpflug re-signs with LRP

LRP announce that German frontrunner Stefan Scheuenplug has renewed his contract to run LRP’s brushless motors and speed controllers as well as nitro fuel, receiver batteries and accessories in the 2014 season and beyond. The package will be rounded out by Sanwa’s M12 radio system.
