Ielasi Tuned add Palsson to team for 2023

Ielasi Tuned, the engine brand of former World Champion Daniele Ielasi, has announced fast Swedish female racer Jessica Palsson will join its team for 2023. The 2022 Nordic Offroad Champion will use the DIRT R engine from the Italian company in her HB Racing D819RS as part of 2023 race plans. Commenting on the announcement Palsson said, ‘I wanted to test something new and I had been looking for new engine at Euros and Worlds. The engine that has caught my eyes was precisely Ielasi Tuned. Lots of power, good run time. We started run in my first engine and it looks good! I really looking forward not only to use DIRT R but also to work with family Ielasi.’

BrunoRC BR1-X4 servo gets 4xWorld Champion restyle

To celebrate the huge success of the servo at the recent ISTC World Championships in Italy, including Bruno Coelho’s successful title defence, BrunoRC has given its BR1-X4 servo a restyle. Launched 1 year ago to coincide with the release of Xray’s new X4 platform, the servo, which is specifically developed to directly fit the X4, statistically was one of the most used servos during the World Championship, being the top choice 16% of the time. This is even more impressive considering that this model only fits on the X4. And again more impressive when looking at the XRAY drivers, 60% of these have chosen BR1 X4. The new BR1 X4, in addition to presenting itself in a celebratory packaging for the 4X World Champion titles, displays a new graphic, with 4 lasered stars on the product that commemorates not only the 4 World Titles won by these great drivers in Gubbio, but also the 4 World titles of Coelho himself. The new BR1 X4 was produced in a very limited number, available for sale just in time to arrive in stores ready to be mounted on the new Xray X4’23.

REDS VX3 DRAG PRO Brushless Motors

Reds Racing has announced the release of brushless motors specifically intended for 1:10 Drag Racing use. The VX3 Drag Pro motors have been manufactured with the best quality materials in order to offer ultra power and reliability and have been designed to cut weight and guarantee the best performance at the same time. The internal structure of the new motor has been designed with a brand new ultra high performance stator for higher performance and lower temperature and precision balanced neodymium high-temperature rotor. It incorporate copper magnetic wires and low resistance collector rings that allow very low internal resistance. Each motors feature precision machined 7075-T6 Aluminium housing with maximised cut-outs and additional openings to make them ultra light. The unique housing has been designed to allow efficient heat dissipation and maximise cooling. Available in 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 windings, they can be precisely adjusted with an optimised timing range from 0° to 50°. This motor is also available as a Reds Racing Factory Selected version which are hand built and selected with the top 5% tested motors of every batch and we guarantee Hall Sensor variance of 1 degree or better.

Avid AE/TLR Arm Mounts C Wider

Avid has released new Wider C Blocks for the Associated B6.4 & B74.2 and TLR’s 22 5.0 & 22X-4. They are a must-have if you are racing on high bite surfaces such as carpet or turf. The mount frees up the vehicle in the turns and when landing jumps sideways such as corner tabletops. Typically, to get to the low rear toe settings that you need on carpet, you must start narrowing the pills through the D Mount which is increasing side bite by decreasing your trackwidth. The C Arm mount prevents that from happening by widening the C pivot block, thus starting you at 1 deg of rear toe with centered pills on the C and D mount instead of 3.

Infinity 5.0mm Hex Driver & Cleaning Brush Set

Creation Model has released a 5.0mm Hexagonal wrench for adjusting the steering knuckle and rear hub adjusting nut on their IF18 and IF15 nitro onroad cars. The hexagonal wrench has a flange, which makes work much more efficient than a regular hexagonal wrench. The ultra-lightweight machined aluminium grip is finished perfectly with the Team Infinity logo and black & red anodising. The overall thickness and knurling position have been optimised to provide an excellent grip. The bit is made of carbide steel for high durability. Additionally Creation Model has also released 3 pieces cleaning brush set. The brushes have moderate hardness and are ideal for removing dirt and dust from chassis, body, and tires. The brushes are 25mm (small), 38mm (medium) and 50mm (large) wide.
