Tamiya TA07 adjustable Ackermann set

Tamiya have introduced their new adjustable Ackermann set for the TA07 touring car. Designed to replace the standard T3 parts the CNC-machined all-aluminium set allows to change the steering’s Ackermann geometry which has an impact on the overall steering feeling. Included in the set is an insert for the standard 8.0mm kit setting, that results in a mild steering feeling, while the optional 8.5mm insert makes for a more aggressive steering reaction. The parts come blue anodised for wear and looks and Tamiya recommends to use them in combination with the aluminium steering arm set for greater overall precision and a further improved steering feeling.

Leadfinger Racing A2 Tactic YZ-2 & SRX2 Gen3 bodies

Coming from Leadfinger Racing are the new A2 Tactic body shells for the Yokomo YZ-2 and the Serpent SRX2 Gen3. Like the A2 Tactic bodies before, the bodies have an added roof vent that allows for better cooling for today’s sensitive electronics. Running cooler has its advantages and feeding cool air directly over the power house is a welcomed upgrade. Behind that, LFR has designed a top fin that joins into a rear swoop for added stability and increased rear down force. The combination of the two help give the buggies a balanced and precise feel during mid corner rotation and on power exit. The bodies come including two pre-cut Tactic wings, window masks and stickers and suitable nose scoops are sold separately to further enhance overall steering and performance.
