Yeah Racing 4-Tec 2.0 alloy spur gear adapter

Coming from Yeah Racing and made for the Traxxas 4-Tec 2.0 is an aluminium spur gear adapter. A direct replacement for the standard steel part, the aluminium option part is a lot lighter, resulting in less rotational masses and thus quicker spool-up, better acceleration and more overall performance. The set includes the CNC machined adapter, a suitable spur gear, washers and mounting hardware and it is available in blue or black colour.

Rebellion-RC TC7.2 FWD conversion kit

RC-Carbonstore from Austria have introduced their new Rebellion-RC FWD chassis conversion kit for the Team Associated TC7.2 touring car. The conversion includes a new single-piece machined aluminium motor and servo mount with integrated flex adjustments, an ultra-precise stainless steel main shaft, a new servo bridge for optimised servo positioning, a newly developed slider steering assembly, and two types of battery mounts for easy balance adjusting. Also included are the machined spur gear mount and centre pulley, and a unique rear body stay mount that utilises Xray X1 caster inserts to allow for easy body height adjustments. The conversion kit is available including a carbon fibre or Rebellion-RC’s signature CrossFlex aluminium chassis, the latter allows for easy weight balance and torsional flex adjustments using optional brass inserts.

JConcepts introduce new B74 & B6.1 optionals

JConcepts have announced the release of new option parts for the Team Associated B74 and B6.1 off-road kits. First up is a set of carbon fibre steering arms for the B74. They are precision machined from 2.5mm carbon fibre material to better outfit and shed some weight from the Team Associated B74 vehicle. The design team has pin-pointed the exact geometry locations of the steering arms and created them in the durable and lightweight material. The arms are symmetric so they can be used on either side of the vehicle and can be neatly installed with the standard kit hardware.

Mon-Tech tease new 190mm high downforce TC body

Mon-Tech Racing from Italy have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming new 190mm high downforce touring car body shell. Developed over the recent months with input of Mon-Tech’s world wide Pro racing team, the body will be the latest addition to the ever growing range of new aggressively-shaped high-performance touring car lids. The official presentation of the body is only days away with shipping of the first batch being scheduled for the early days of 2020.

JConcepts YZ-2 series titanium turnbuckles

JConcepts have introduced their Fin titanium turnbuckle sets for the Yokomo YZ-2 DTM 3.0 and CAL3 2WD buggies. The base of the design is centred around a .143” titanium hex size which gradually tapers down into a 3mm thread base design which accepts the standard Yokomo ball-cup configuration. The focus of the styling surrounds the lengthened adjustment hex area and the “finned” cuts that rotate about the centre. The turnbuckles are lightweight, and the original “Fin” design brings out the glamour and quality that makes titanium one of the most sought-after exotic materials in the world. The JConcepts turnbuckles are produced with left- and right-hand threads with the left being conveniently marked for easy orientation. The sets, that are available for the DTM 3.0 and CAL3, also have another feature, a black colouring which gives the stealthiest look in the pits and on the track.

Roche P12 Evo World’s Limited Edition Conversion Kit

Coming from Roche and made for their World Championship winning Rapide P12 1/12th pan car platform is the World’s Limited Edition Conversion Kit. Developed with the forthcoming 2020 IFMAR Worlds in mind, the set includes the optional aluminium motor mount set designed by UK factory driver Ollie Payne. The new design motor mount is not only much stronger but also lighter and it offers a lower centre of gravity, meaning the car carries much more corner speed and it is easier to drive in high traction conditions. Also includes in the aluminium lower pod set. The new lower pod plates amend the weight balancing when running a solid axle, offering easier acceleration and constant driving feeling. The new “sliding” pivot block and pivot ball mount made by Derlin and 7075 aluminium are more reliable, whilst also creating more traction, again making for a more consistent and easy to drive car.

Tamiya C2 24mm belted touring car tyre

Tamiya have introduced their new 24mm C2 compound touring car tyre for 1/10th scale cars. The tyre was developed for carpet surfaces where it will provide good grip while the inner fibre belt ensures reliable performance for both stock and modified class racing. The tyre comes in pairs and it fits most 24mm wide 1/10th touring car rims.

Lit R/C Products 8ight-X +10mm alloy wing mount

Lit R/C Products have announced the release of their new +10 adjustable wing mounts for the TLR 8ight-X series of buggies. Developed to raise the rear wing by 10mm compared to the standard position, the shim will improve overall downforce while also allowing to shift the wing forth and back to further fine-tune the buggy’s aerodynamics. The wing raiser comes machined from lightweight aluminium and features a black surface coating for wear and looks.
