EcoPower Electron Mini Intelligent Charger

New from AMain Hobbies brand EcoPower is this Electron Mini Intelligent Charger.   Launching together with 10 new EcoPower batteries that are directly compatible with the charger, the EcoPower Electron Mini Intelligent Charger makes charging easier than ever.  When combined with an EcoPower Intelligent Battery, the Electron Mini will immediately recognise the battery type, whether 2S, 3S, or 4S, and will automatically begin charging using the ideal settings.  The Intelligent symbol lights up when an ECP Intelligent Battery is connected, making it easy to identify auto charging is underway and then the charging progress bar shows how far the battery is from full charge.  Charging is made extremely simple with just two buttons to choose from, Charge or Storage, and it can charge LiPo, LiHV, and LiFe battery chemistries, but not NiMh batteries. NiMh charging is not compatible with LiPo batteries, so the ECP-1007 is safer because it eliminates the possibility of charging in the wrong mode and takes the guess work out of charging for those who are new to the RC hobby.  The Electron Mini Charger includes a high power 65W USB-C power supply, which is necessary to achieve the maximum 5A output on batteries up to 4S.  The brand new EcoPower Intelligent Battery lineup provides a power option for a vast array of RC cars, trucks, and boats  from 2S to 4S.

Infinity IF18-3 Alu Upper Knuckle Set

New from Infinity for its World Championship winning IF18-3 1:8 Onroad kit is this Aluminium Upper Knuckle Set, with the Japanese manufacturer also introducing a new Hard Plastic Front Body Mount Set.  With the new Upper Knuckle Set not only has rigidity been increased by using A7075, but the pivot height has been raised by 2mm compared to the standard part R300B/300H, providing more responsive steering and changing the camber change rate.  To ensure clearance inside the wheel, the ball has been downsized from 8.5 to 8.0mm and the screw cap from 10 to 9mm and tilted by 10 degrees.  A specially prepared 8mm titanium ball is included to ensure proper steering angle.  The main body is hard anodised.  The Hard Plastic Front Body Mount Set revives the plastic front body mounting plate that was a standard item on the first Infinity 1:8 chassis and the IF18.  It subtly reduces the powerful front downforce from the body for smoother steering characteristics.

R1 Wurks B7 Alu Front Ball Stud Mount & Weight

Continuing its roll out of option parts for the Team Associated RC10B7 2WD Buggy, California based R1 Wurks has released this Aluminium Front Ball Stud Mount and simple drop-in 10gram Brass Weight.  Weighing just 10.9 grams, this upgraded bulkhead is lighter than the stock plastic mount and offers two additional in-between ball stud mounting locations, providing more tuning options than the original.  In certain conditions, adding weight to the front of your buggy can be beneficial.  In most cases, doing so may help with front-end traction, steering response, and stability, especially in corners.  Additionally, added weight can help reduce front-end bounce, leading to smoother handling and control.  Of course, you should consider the overall weight distribution of your platform and may want to adjust the battery placement in conjunction with the added nose weight.
