Parsec 12A 1/12th scale pan car kit

Square have introduced the new Parsec 12A 1/12th scale competition pan car kit. The vehicle is based on a 2.5mm 7075-T6 aluminium chassis that ensures exceptional drivability in a wide range of track conditions while offering reliability and durability at the same time. The front suspension is highly adjustable, with the design allowing to run a friction damper setup or a standard spring-type suspension while also offering a wide range of track width adjustments. Newly designed POM side dampers ensure smooth suspension movement while the centre shock is length adjustable to adapt the suspension to a wide range of track conditions. The kit comes standard with a locked-type rear axle, however it can be converted to a ball differential using optional parts. The kit is rounded out by titanium turnbuckles, and a low centre of gravity aluminium motor mount.

Losi 1/5 DBXL-E 2.0 4WD Brushless Desert Buggy RTR

Coming from Horizon Hobby is the new Losi 1/5 DBXL-E 2.0 4WD Brushless Desert Buggy RTR with Smart technology. The original DBXL-E was a very popular vehicle for large scale bashers and enthusiasts alike. Its agile handling, out of the box speeds and durability make it a fan favourite. Now the DBXL-E 2.0 continues to build on the legendary status. Sharing many design ideas with the popular Losi 5ive-T 2.0 large scale buggy, Losi has built the DBXL-E 2.0 to be cleaner and easier to use, but with performance and speed to tackle any challenge. At home in any environment from dirt to pavement, wet or dry, especially with its 4WD drivetrain with larger 5mm drive pins, the desert buggy makes sure all the power is put to the ground. Drivers stay in control with a DX2E Active transmitter, a Spektrum SR6100AT 6-channel AVC telemetry receiver, and scale-to-size Maxxis Creepy Crawler LT tyres. The buggy features all the technological advances drivers demand including the Spektrum Firma 160A brushless Smart ESC and Spektrum Firma 4-Pole 780Kv brushless motor allowing to hit 80km/h with an 8-cell LiPo battery. Finally, the DBXL-E 2.0 has a Losi and Fox Shox race-inspired motorsports themed livery for that true off-road look.

GL Racing GLF-1 brass chassis & weight options

GL Racing have introduced new optionals for their GLF-1 micro formula car in the form of a brass chassis and add-on brass chassis weights. Starting with the chassis, the main plate is machined from high-quality material and it weighs in at 31g, which adds weight to the lowest possible part of the car for improved handling in high-bite or bumpy track conditions. A black surface coating prevents the chassis from corroding while gold colour logos and edge details add visual impact. Also new are two brass balance weight sets that are usable with the standard carbon fibre or the above brass chassis. Two sets are available, one with a pair of 3.5g and 4g weights each and a set with four 2g weights. They can be simply attached using small screws.

RC Maker A800 chassis weight options

Coming from RC Maker are several new chassis weight options for the Awesomatix A800 touring car. First up are the Weight Shift LCG chassis weights for the front and the rear of the car. The weights help to adjust the feeling of the car as they feature three different mounting holes that allow to run them in an inner, middle or outer setting with the inward setting increasing the car’s response, offering less chassis roll while the outwards setting increases overall traction with more roll. In addition the weights can also be run at an asymmetric setting to fine-tune left-to-right weight balance. The sets also include carbon fibre shims for shimming the weight off the chassis to increase flex but the weights can also be screwed directly to the chassis without any shim to reduce flex. The Weight Shift sets are available separately for the front and the rear and they are usable with the Awesomatix A800X, EVO, MMCX, and MMX kits.
