Team Magic E5 aluminium suspension arms

Coming from Team Magic and made for the E5 monster truck are upper and lower aluminium suspension arms. The range includes upper and lower arms, usable both front and rear, machined from high-quality aluminium and coming in black or titanium-colour anodising. All include mounting grub screws and they are compatible with all versions of the E5 truck, enhancing structural stiffness and looks.

Maverick Strada DC RTR drift car

German Maverick distributors LRP have introduced the Strada DC RTR drift car. Building on a sturdy 4WD shaft-driven composite tub chassis the car also features oil-filled shock absorbers, double wishbone suspension, an enclosed drivetrain as well as front and rear gear differentials. Included are also a strong steering servo, waterproof speed controller and a MM-22 540-class brushed motor along a pre-decorated bodyshell and special drift car tyres. The package is rounded out by a 2.4GHz radio system, a power pack and a suitable wall charger.

Mugen MBX7-series high-traction differential sets

Mugen Seiki have announced the soon release of four new gear differential sets for the MBX7 series of off-road and on-road cars. They come in three different front and rear diff gear sizes of 42T or 44T for the MBX7R and MGT7, as 46T set for the front and rear of the MBX7TR and also as 46T centre diff for the nitro buggy and truggy. All utilise updated 10T/20T internal gears that make for higher internal friction which can lead to improved traction while allowing the use of softer diff oils at the same time for better steering and bump track handling. All sets will become available by mid/end of January.

Tamiya release new touring car option parts

Tamiya have introduced several option parts for their range of touring cars including the TRF419/418 and TA07. First up are medium stiffness suspension arms. Introduced with the TRF419X the A-arms fit the TRF419/418 and TA07 machines and their slightly softer material makes for improved control in low traction conditions. The set includes one front and one rear arm and it is compatible with all TRF418-design suspensions.

SWorkz S104-series aluminium rear shock tower

Coming from SWorkz and made for the S104-series of 1/10th 4WD buggies is an aluminium rear shock tower. The part is machined from high-quality 7075 material and it comes black anodised and with silver chamfered edges. The tower offers a variety of shock and camber link mounting positions and it makes for improved structural rigidity when attacking tracks with demanding jumps.

HiroFactory YRX12 reactive castor mounts

Coming from HiroFactory and made for the Yokomo YRX12 1/12th scale pan car are reactive castor upper arm mounts. The machined aluminium parts set the upper arms at an angle which results in increasing kingpin angles during cornering and thus improved steering response. The mounts come black anodised and in sets of two.

FVSS LED pit board

FVSS from Italy have released their customised LED pit board. With dimensions of 470x370mm, the pit board is equally useful for 1/10th and 1/8th on-road vehicles and the brightness of the background light is conveniently adjustable using buttons. Furthermore the board features scales on two sides to have a quick look at wheelbase and track width settings. Included with the board comes a 150cm USB power cable and thanks to the very low power consumption it can be powered by a simple power bank.
