New from Intech and made for the ER-14 off-road buggy are aluminium steering knuckles. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminium the parts offer improved rigidity and steering response compared to the standard composite items. The black anodised hubs come laser-etched, including separate steering levers and they are a direct replacement for the stock parts.

Roche have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming Rapide F1 1/10th scale formula pan car kit. The vehicle is in its final development stages and set for a release in January 2016. Nothing is known yet in terms of specifications and features but the image available that shows a somewhat “industry standard” front end, utilising double carbon fibre arms, a single bellcrank steering system and a floating aluminium servo mount. We bring you more details and images as soon as they become available.

ProjectRC have introduced their new INS-Box for 1/10th and 1/8th on-road cars. The EFRA approved box features a special airfilter element designed to ProjectRC’s specifications that offers improved airflow, boosting the engine’s performance without affecting engine life. The box, including airfilter, is available in a black or clear variant and the filters are additionally available as convenient 3-piece packs.

Sweep have released a first image of their forthcoming yet unnamed 1/8th buggy tyre. Offering a fine to medium-sized and closely spaced square pin tread the tyre is meant to be larger in diameter and also wider compared to Sweep’s other 1/8th tyres. More details will become available soon.

German company Absima have introduced two sets of tool tips for the use with standard powertools. First up is a set of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm hex tips with the second set comes with 1.5mm to 2.5mm hex tips and a 3mm Philips screwdriver insert. All are made from high-quality steel and they fit most standard hex adapters.

Italtrading have introduced two new 1/10th rally bodyshells out of their The Rally Legends line of scale rally cars and bodies. Available soon are the Lancia Delta S4 and Evo2 in the Esso Grifone design. The bodies come made from clear polycarbonate and they include comprehensive decal sheets as well as moulded details such as lightbars, windscreen wipers and more. The bodies fit Italtrading’s own line of The Rally Legend cars as well as many other 1/10th scale touring car chassis.
Now up for grabs are Team Associated’s 2015 Worlds T-shirt and hoodie as worn by the Associated drivers at the 2015 IFMAR 1/10 Offroad World Championships. The short-sleeve 100 percent cotton T is available in two colours, blue and black. Also available is the 2015 Worlds Hoodie in black with the same colourful design. After three years of development and countless prototypes Xray have now introduced their first ever purpose-build 1/10th scale 2WD electric off-road buggy. The XB2 was developed from the ground up with the help of European Champion Martin Bayer to offer a high degree of versatility to make the platform suitable for a range of track conditions from low-grip dirt tracks to high-grip astroturf and carpet surfaces. To allow for maximum performance, the XB2 is offered in a Carpet Edition and Dirt Edition, both built on the same suspension and chassis components with full compatibility and interchangeable parts. The Carpet Edition is designed for medium to very-high traction conditions, while the Dirt Edition is made for very-low to medium grip conditions.
