Reckward Tuning have introduced their, new for 2010, ball-bearing sets for different cars like the Mugen Seiki MBX-6, Kyosho MP9, Associated RC8, Losi 8ight, Xray XB808, Hong Nor X2, LRP S8BX as well as the Hyper 9 series. These ball-bearing sets are available with a black seal and use a special grease and are a low cost offering for everyone who wish to replace their standard ball-bearings.

KM Racing have released the firt information on their new 1/10 Scale full Option 200mm 4WD GP Touring car, called the H-K1. Still in prototype form, the new car will feature aluminium bulkheads similar to the current generation of cars in this class, together with carbon chassis stiffener, front and rear belt tension adjustment, ball raced rear anti roll bar and aerodynamically shaped front bumper. As this is the full option version, it comes standard with hard coated aluminium throughout, including the pulleys, with teflon coated aluminium front and rear shocks, ceramic 2-speed bearings plus a whole host of other option parts.

New from JConcepts is this over-tray for the Traxxas Slash 4×4, which helps protect the chassis from excessive debris. Fitting nicely under the body, the over-tray fits snug around the entire chassis structure while being attached along the sides with hook and loop tape for quick inner access. The over-tray is built with extra height and rake to provide extra room for various electrical and battery configurations. In addition, JConcepts has incorporated an extensive scoop and louver design which can be trimmed to allow air flow and heat escape. JConcepts have also released final photos of their new Manta Short Course body shell, which is suitable for the Slash, Slash 4×4 and SC10. JConcepts has included an optional rear spoiler which gives the ability to alter the look and function of the Manta by simply adding or removing the rear spoiler.

New from SMP Racing parts in Switzerland are more CVD drive shafts, this time for off road chassis’. Available Losi 8ight 2.0, Mugen MBX-6 and Xray XB808 they are made from high quality Swiss made spring steel, they have been weight optimized and due to the way they have been machined, allow for a larger steering angle. Hobbytech have released CAD images and details about their new 1/8th scale buggy the Spirit. Everything on this new offroader is compact and centralized to make this buggy more responsive on the track and easy to work off the track. Manufactured with high precision aluminium and carbon fibre parts, there was no compromise in delivering the highest quality off road racing chassis. Every aspect of the car was designed and tested to produce maximum performance, everything down to the last screw has been optimised for maximum lightness.
Xceed have introduced two new Zytec bodies, for both 1/8th and 1/12th scale. The Xceed Zytec V2 1/8 scale body gives more stability and safe traction in medium-fast tracks compared to the super steering achieved from the previous V1 version making it easier to race. This new V2 type is 8mm longer with the whole surface lower by an average of 4mm and Xceed plans plans the release for the beginning of February 2010. Again availabke in normal and light versions. For 1/12th scale, the Zytec Light 1/12 scale is made from top quality lexan and is a very low body with superb downforce. Fits like a glove over a 1/12 chassis.

With immediate effect the straightaway successful and popular Audi A5 touring car body of ORCAN is available not only in 200 but also in a 190 millimeter version. And both bodies already offer the necessary homologation numbers of EFRA, number 2033 for the 200mm nitro body and 4022 for the 190mm electric body.
