Italian company Mon-Tech Racing have announced the release of their latest 200mm body shell, the FX3. Made from high quality polycarbonate it is similar in configuration to the Blitz Altis, and features fast steering response and low drag for high top speeds.

Sweep Racing have introduced their complete line of silicone oil, which have been laboratory blended and calibrated to ensure the highest possible consistency and quality from bottle to bottle. Based on the industry-proven cSt rating, the new line of oils will be easy to adjust your shock or diff. With thinner oils suitable for shocks (up to Medium), and thicker oils suitable for differentials, you will be able to find the correct viscosity you need for your application. Supplied in a 70ml square shape bottle, their design makes it very easy to squeeze and prevents it from rolling off your workbench, and the slim nozzle makes filling easy and prevents excessive oil from being squeezed out. The back of the bottle has a small viewport that allows you to see the oil level inside the bottle.

HARD Racing are showing the first details of their TT3, what they are calling the definition of the next generation tire truer, featuring convenience, speed and toughness. The new linear guide system has replaced the traditional tire truer track by using the stainless track rail, which allows you to move the truer easily with one hand. Hudy have released the Star-Box, a unique starter box designed for 1/10 & 1/8 nitro on-road cars. Claiming to be the world’s lowest, this ultra-compact starter box design is very lightweight, only 575g / 1.27lb (w/o batteries). A uniquely designed support bracket recesses into the starter box to allow the starting wheel to be fully engaged, while adjustable backstops allow you to fit 1/10 and 1/8 on-road cars. The Star-Box has an ultra-cool stylish design and comes fully assembled, ready to use. The long-life drive belt system runs off a powerful 775-type motor (with fan) which is powered by two standard-size 7.2V battery stick packs (not included). The CNC-machined aluminum housing has a high-quality black-coating for extra durability and countersunk housing screws are recessed into the surface to eliminate unwanted protrusions. An integrated switch for comfortable on/off switching is attached to the wiring harness with extra-thick cables and quick-change fast-on connectors meaning no soldering is required. The quick-change starter wheel system was designed to allow for fast & simple replacement of the starter wheel using only 3 screws and finally an integrated composite handle with ergonomic back cover allows for comfortable carrying.

From Team Associated for the TC5, TC5R, and TC5F, the Factory Team LiPo battery retainer has been CNC machined from 2.5mm woven carbon fibre and attaches to either the 2.5mm standard or 2.0mm ITF chassis using the existing battery post holes with the supplied hardware. Designed for use with LiPo batteries that meet ROAR/EFRA specifications, the retainer positions the battery towards the center of the chassis for improved weight distribution and easier access to socket-style battery connectors. The outer shelf of the retainer is sized to accommodate lead ballast (or similar) for chassis balancing and to bring the car up to the updated minimum weight. With a typical electronics setup, the chassis can be equally balanced left to right while achieving the minimum weight requirement. Additionally, the inboard battery position allows the inner ESC power wire to be inserted and removed with no interference or risk of a short circuit.

Team Associated have announced a Limited Edition version of their RC8T Factory Team truggy. In a limited quantity the Factory Team kit will be supplied with many of the Factory Team option parts that Ryan Maifield used on his truck to capture the 2009 ROAR 1:8 Scale Truck National Championships valued at $146.
