Arrowmax have introduced their Dash TLAB Mode Standard Combo Kit (RED) for the Dash AI Pro and upcoming Dash AI LCG esc. With this new function you are able to give access to the outlaw boost and turbo within the popular Stock “Blinky” class racing. Starting out with just a regular “Blinky” class esc, drivers are given a pre-set time limit were they are able to use the Boost and turbo function, just like Modified, within that pre-set time limit. The Dash ESC will have an added feature that can be activated by the 3rd channel on the radio. After the time limit has expired the ESC will return to the “Blinky” mode just like any regular speed control.
Tekno RC have reintroduced their Trakton Drive. This system gives your electric vehicle a ‘nitro feel’ and improves consistency by reducing the instant acceleration of modern electric systems. Employing a special clutch shoe and spring design to engage the shoes in the clutch bell, it’s engaged at zero RPM and has no lag but still provides some ‘give’ on hard acceleration or impacts. It’s extremely helpful on loose or rough tracks as it will smooth the power delivery as the vehicle traverses through bumps. If you’re a nitro and electric racer, this system will make transitioning between the two vehicles easier as your electric vehicle will feel more like a nitro.

MIP’s popular Puck 17.5 drive system is now also available for Yokomo YZ2 DTM2.0 buggy. Its been a long process to get everything just right with the S3 and S4 arms and the amount of tuning options in the Yokomo YZ2. The lightweight, aluminium-based system is a replacement for the standard steel items and includes a 2-piece aluminium outdrive cup and aluminium outdrive hub assembly, two pairs of Bi-metal bones (for S3 & S4), and the replaceable plastic orange wear Pucks™ that take the place of the inferior steel pins. This combination greatly increases the longevity of the drivetrain and most importantly decreases the drivetrain’s overall rotating mass by about 50 percent.
