Ultimate Racing 8500mAh & 7000mAh LiHV batteries

Modelix Racing have introduced the new Ultimate Racing 8500mAh and 7000mAh LiHV battery packs. The standard-size batteries are built using high-quality silicon graphene cells for a low internal resistance and exceptional power supply in both modified and stock racing classes. The 8500mAh variant is 25mm tall and weighs in at 305g while the 7000mAh low-profile battery is 22mm high, weighing in at 278g. Both utilise a protective hardcases and high-current 5mm connectors.

MIP Pro-MT 4×4 HD pivot ball set

Made for Pro-Line’s Pro-MT monster truck is a new pivot ball set from MIP. They were designed to replace the standard items with sturdier and more durable ones, doing away with breaking issues associated with the original PL parts. MIP increased the diameter where the shoulder and threading meet for increased strength as well as manufactured these pivot balls using high impact alloy steel. The suspension balls are direct replacements and they come in sets of two.

Kyosho Inferno MP9 TKI9 ReadySet nitro buggy

Kyosho’s successful and popular Inferno MP9 TKI4 1/8th scale nitro off-road buggy is soon also available in ReadySet RTR specification. The kit builds on the 8-time World Championship winning Inferno platform and utilises the TKI4’s signature long front suspension arms and 17.5 degree C-hubs. Other features include a cab forward body shell and the high-torque KE21SP recoil starter engine and tuned exhaust. The kit is rounded out by KS5031-09MW servos and a 2.4GHZ radio system.

Ultimate Racing LiFe receiver battery packs

Coming from Ultimate Racing are two new LiFe receiver battery packs. Available in flat or hump pack configuration the batteries are built from 2500mAh high-capacity cells and they offer a voltage of 6.6V which allows to use them with standard voltage receivers and servos. Both packs come pre-wired with universal-style receiver plugs and industry-standard balancer connectors.

SMJ 1/10th GP car 2-speed & clutch springs

SMJ have introduced new 2-speed transmission and clutch springs for 1/10th nitro on-road cars. The 2-speed springs come in soft specification while the clutch spring is a super soft variant – ideal for sport class engines such as the lightly tuned O.S. Max 12TG. The springs are available separately and they fit most of today’s 1/10th scale 200mm nitro on-road kits.

Carisma SCA-1E brass weight wheel hex set

Carisma Scale Adventure have introduced their new brass weight wheel hex set for the SCA-1E trail truck. The set includes four brass wheel hex adapters that can be used on the front and rear or just at the front axle for an optimised weight bias and performance tuning. The additional weight will help generate grip and stability on even the steepest inclines and the hex adapters come machined from high quality material, they sport a natural finish and come marked for easy identification.

RC-Cox IF14 low roll centre suspension mounts

Coming from RC-Cox and made for the Infinity IF14 touring car are 0.5mm low roll centre suspension mounts. Available in -40.0, -44.5 and -46.0 settings the mounts lower the inner suspension pins by 0.5mm compared to the standard parts for increased front traction and more on-power steering. The suspension hangers come machined from aluminium and they are black anodised and sport red colour edge details for looks.

The material combines the unmatched toughness of titanium and the stiffness and yield resistance of carbon fibre into a product that offers ideal flex parameters for RC car racing. Developed with materials experts in both the high strength metals industry and the composites industry the composite material offers additional weight ballast built into the chassis material for the lowest possible CG obtainable with the material being 20 percent heavier that the aluminium used in popular on-road chassis’s today. Exceptional yield properties maki chassis tweaking a thing of the past as does the unmatched impact strength. The standard material is 2.25mm thick and comes in 600mm x 300mm sheets.
