Shepherd have announced the release of their new low-friction drive belts for the Velox V8 1/8th on-road kits. Available as 210mm front, 435mm centre, and 201mm rear belt, the parts will significantly lower the drivetrain drag for improved acceleration, top speed and mileage. The super-soft belts are available from now on.

Tekno RC have announced two new swaybar sets for the EB410 1/10th scale 4WD buggy. They make it easier to fine-tune the setup depending on the traction level, from loamy low traction surfaces to high grip carpet. The front set includes wires thicker than those found in TKR6623 and are best used on higher grip surfaces such as carpet or blue grooved clay. They provide a great tuning option to reduce steering sensitivity and prevent traction rolling on high bite surfaces. Included are five 1.5mm to 1.9mm wires. The rear set includes thinner-than-stock swaybars, making them a useful option for low grip surfaces. They will help generate additional rear traction and can also aid in stabilising the rear suspension on very bumpy surfaces. Included are five 1.0mm to 1.4mm wires.

Coming from Xray and made for their RX8 line of 1/8th on-road cars is the graphite low-friction pulley set. The transmission belt pulleys are moulded from a specially-formulated graphite composite mix for reduced friction and increased performance and durability. The lightweight parts stand out due to their bright orange colour and they are available as complete set, as complete pulley cover set and also as separate items for the front, centre and rear areas of the car.

In order to further fine-tune the handling characteristics of their Velox V8 on-road car, Shepherd have introduced two new swaybar thicknesses. Adding to the already available 2.2mm, 2.6mm and 3.0mm variants are 2.4mm and 2.8mm wires. They are usable on both the front and rear end of the car and are available separately from now on.
RC Cars Cavalieri from Germany have introduced their new front and rear carbon fibre shock towers for the SWorkz S35-3 buggy. Machined from high-quality carbon fibre the towers are a direct fit and they are available separately or as a complete set.
Coming from T-Works and made for Kyosho’s MP9 TKI4 and TKI3 kits are new brass and aluminium +0.5 degree toe-in RR suspension blocks. Increasing the rear A-arm’s toe-in angle compared to the standard setting, using the block can be beneficial in certain track conditions. The item is available in heavy brass or lightweight alloy specification to fine-tune the buggy’s weight distribution and both feature a black surface coating and etched markings for wear and looks.
PowerStar have introduced their new Futaba S-FHSS compatible RS634HV receiver suitable for radios such as the 3PV, 4PV, 4PX and 7PX. The high-voltage compatible device is usable with 3.5V to 8.4V input, it offers a small 35.5×23.3mm footprint and a short antenna, making installation even in tight surrounding a breeze. The full-range 4-channel receiver is firmware upgradable and it is available now.
