Reedy have released two new high‐performance LiPo batteries, available in a 4800mAh 20C saddle pack configuration and 3200mAh 11.1V hard cased stick pack. The saddle pack has been designed specifically for installation in the Team Associated B44 and other competition level 4WD chassis’ and is the perfect choice for the racer who wants to enjoy the power, run time, and durability advantage of LiPo batteries. The 3200mAh pack is an all‐new 11.1V 20C LiPo battery for enthusiasts that believe you can never have too much power. More voltage equals more power and higher top speeds. Easily increase power and speed by swapping out a 7.2V NiMH or 7.4V LiPo battery and replacing it with a Reedy 11.1V LiPo battery. For maximum power and minimum resistance, both packs comes equipped with heavy‐duty 12AWG wires, while the saddle pack has no plug, the stick pack comes supplied with a Traxxas Connector.

Reedy have released their new EU Spec IB4600, meeting the shorter length specification of 43mm, which have been treated and matched using the Reedy VMX Concept. This process makes these cells even better by applying an intense energy pulse to new IB4600 EU Spec NiMH cells using high-tech equipment designed in house by their engineering staff. The end results of this exclusive process are reduced internal resistance, increased voltage output, and more power. These enhanced cells are cycled then power-matched using a 35-amp discharge a process that eliminates weak cells and those that do not fall within the exclusive percentage that are good enough to be hand selected as Reedy VMX R-46 grade. Reedy will soon come out with this new 19-turn Spec Motor. Its been designed specifically for all classes of electric spec-class racing, from off and on-road to oval tracks and touring cars. On the Associated stand this year is the new 1/12th scale, the RC12R which was first spotted at the races a few weeks ago. It will be sold only as a link car and for the traditionalists who want a T-bar setup, this option will also be available. Hot from the manufacturers and only just seen by the boys at Associated themselves is the new hard cased LiPo packs that we mentioned previously. A solid structure, they are lightweight, have good capacity and the pack sports the Reedy logo on the top and bottom, with the bottom featuring additional indents to place it into the battery slots.

Reedy have released this motor cooling fan assembly to aid the reduction of motor temperatures, which is an easy way to increase speeds and lower lap times. Reduced temperatures result in increased power output, more consistence performance, and longer motor life. This cooling fan assembly features two pre-wired fans that can be strategically positioned so that motors and/or other electronics are treated to a constant stream of cool fresh air. A pre-installed receiver plug fits conveniently into the third channel receiver socket.

Reedy have released these 1600 Series Receiver and Micro battery packs that feature high capacity for extended run times while producing maximum power for the latest high performance motors and servos. High output cells, low resistance welded connections, and quality silicone insulated wires prove reliable in even the most adverse conditions. The receiver packs come in a choice of two 6.0 volt configurations to suit most cars and are equipped with a universal receiver plug while the micro packs are available in two configurations of 7.2V and are supplied with micro connectors for installation in a wide variety of vehicles.
