MIP SWorkz Bypass1 shock piston set

MIP have announced the release of their Bypass1 shock piston set for SWorkz’s 1/8th scale off-road buggies and trucks. Featuring colour-codes valves, the Bypass1 pistons allow to control and maximise the car’s performance based on which valves used. Thicker valves generate a slower rebound and thinner valves get quicker rebounds. Each set includes four pistons and a set of three different valves. The SWorkz-specific set features 16mm 6-hole pistons suitable for the S35 and S35-T vehicles and it comes including four pistons, three types of valves and mounting hardware.

SWorkz S35-3 front shorty brace

New from SWorkz, for the S35-3 platform, is this optional front shorty brace that features a special design for their new optional chassis. This lightened aluminium brace gives your chassis the needed stiffness to tackle the toughest tracks.

SWorkz S35-3 wide rear suspension conversion kit

Coming from SWorkz and made for the S35-3 buggy is a wide rear suspension conversion kit. The kit is already used by the SWorkz factory drivers with great success as it allows to generate more corner speed in certain track conditions. The set includes a new hard-coated 7075 aluminium main chassis, a lower, wider rear shock tower, new rear suspension arm mounts as well as new design rear hubs that can be used on the left and right hand side of the buggy.

SWorkz S35 series Black Competition springs

Coming from SWorkz are their new Black Competition springs for the S35 series of off-road kits. The springs offer a more linear shock action, improving jumping, landing and corner speed even in bumpy track conditions. The springs are individually marked for easy identification, they come in pairs and are available in six front and three rear variants.

Avid 1/8th scale 1-piece carbon wing button

Coming from Avid is a 1-piece carbon fibre wing button for 1/8th scale off-road kits. The wing button is a nice alternative to the commonly used wing buttons and helps work as a template to mark the holes in new wings. RC Carbon Cavalieri 1/8 buggy carbon fibre front scoops

RC Carbon Cavalieri have announced the release of their carbon fibre front scoops for many of today’s 1/8th scale off-road buggies. Made from high-quality carbon fibre the scoops help to adjust the aerodynamic balance during high speeds and jumping with the parts offering increased stability over standard polycarbonate front wings. The scoops are available from now on for many Agama, HB Racing, HoBao, Mugen, Serpent, SWorkz, Team Associated and TLR kits.

TMG Speed S14-3 carbon fibre battery brace

Coming from TMG Speed and made for the SWorkz S14-3 1/10th scale 4WD buggy is a carbon fibre battery brace. A nice upgrade from the standard plastic item, the carbon brace is also giving the car more strength and factory looks. The part is machined from high-quality carbon fibre, it comes including a TMG Speed decal and is a direct fit.

RC-Project 1/8th off-road shock standoffs

RC-Project from Italy have announced the release of their all-new shock standoffs for 1/8th off-road buggies. Machined from high-quality 7075-T6 Ergal material the standoff bushings are of a specific design and geometry that greatly improves parts life of bushing and standoff over common designs. In addition a hard-coated surface and teflon treatment reduces friction between the bushing and standoff, allowing for a parts life of about 30 to 35 litres without replacing the standoff or bushing. The standoffs are available as 0 offset or +5 offset variants, separately or as Pro Driver package including Grade 5 6Al4V Titanium rolled thread screws for Team Associated, HB Racing, Mugen and SWorkz kits.
