T-Work’s S350 BK1/BE1 aluminium options

T-Work’s introduce these lightweight aluminium option parts for the S-Workz S350 BK1 and BE1 buggy kits. Available are front and rear wheel axles shafts, joint cups, upper shock mounts and several shock mount and anti-roll bar pivot balls. All parts are made from 7075-T6 aluminium and come hard anodised in a dark olive colour.

S-Power S5 .21 Pro engine

The S-Power S5 .21 Pro engine is the latest engine line up from SWorkz produced in Japan. Developed to have the performance of the S-Power S7 but at a lower price, its popular 3 port design delivers both torque and top speed. The S5 also comes standard with a 7.5mm carburetor venturi, a turbo head, black coated crankcase and a balanced crankshaft. Its lightened Blue engine heat sink sports a Dragon logo to mark the year of the Dragon on the Chinese calendar.

S-Workz have been in touch to tell us that their S350 BE1 conversion kit is now available. The set allows you to convert your gas powered BK1 1/8th scale buggy into the brushless BE1 and comes complete with everything you need, minus electronics, such as new chassis, battery mounts, body shell etc.

The Li-Ion is one of the best types of Lithium batteries and is super stable and can take a large amount of charging cycles. At just 68 grams it is a perfect way to reduce weight in your S350 BK1 or other 1/8th scale buggy.

S-Workz S350 BE-1 1/8th BL buggy

Seen at the toy fair back in February, S-Workz have released their new S350 BE-1. This 1/8 scale off-road racing brushless buggy, with its super narrow chassis design, comes standard with the S-Workz X-system transmission that provides a powerful punchy acceleration. This pro kit comes equipped with many factory team option parts adding strength and performance to the car with a lot of emphasis on the weight distribution contributing to the car performance and easy general car setup. Equipped with Big Bore Shocks and oil filled differentials, the S350 BE1 delivers good traction and balance on any off road tracks.

S-Works introduce their latest merchandising product in the form of this race cap. The black and red coloured one-size-fits-all cap sports the S-Workz logo and featured a hook and loop strap for size adjustment.

Toy Fair 2012 – S-Workz

S-Workz are displaying their products again this year with the main focus on their S-350 BE-1. Based on their BK-1 gas buggy it retains the same front and rear ends with the centre fitted out to accept electrics. Claiming the be the narrowest chassis on a 1/8th scale buggy at 10cm near the rear of the car, it comes as a full pro kit with all the carbon and machined aluminium goodness you would expect from a high end kit. The car accepts two 2S packs standing on end at the rear of the car with the electronics at the front, all of which can be removed from the car with 7 screws. For current BK-1 owners there is a conversion kit to make the car brushless.

Spaniard Dani Bernabe joins S-Workz Europe

Spaniard Dani Bernabe joins S-Workz Europe

S-Workz have obtained the services of front running Spanish racer Dani Bernabe for 2012, who joins their European factory team. Dani said “I’m really glad to be driving S-Workz. I tested this buggy and in the first few laps the car felt fast right away. This buggy has exceptional balance and I’m anxious to begin the 2012 season.”
