T-Works titanium 1/8th off-road lower shock pins

Made for some the most popular 1/8th scale off-road kits are T-Works’ new titanium lower shock pin sets. Made of high-quality 64-grade titanium the pins offer a low weight, exceptional durability as well as left and right hand threads, ensuring they wouldn’t come loose unintentionally during a run. Using the pins has been made easy with the inclusion of outer 5.5mm hex and inner 2.0mm hex portions and the pins are available as 4-piece sets for the HB Racing D8xx series, the Kyosho MP10 and MP9 based kits, the Mugen MBX8 and MBX7 series as well as the Team Associated RC8B3.2 and B3.1 kits.

T-Works compact hardcase parts bag

Coming from T-Works is their new compact hardcase parts bag. The zipped container measures 27x21x9cm and it allows to carry a variety of accessories, spares, tools, electronics, engines or more with the sturdy design ensuring protection to the internals. The outside is of a carbon fibre design for cool looks with a red zipper adding spots of colour. White T-Works logos and a robust carrying handle round out the package.

T-Works 5mm allen wrench

T-Works have announced the release of their new 5mm allen wrench that allows for effortless building, adjustment and maintenance of pivot ball suspensions. The shouldered design ensures that the hex wrench only contacts the pivot ball nut but not the actual pivot ball underneath, providing protection for the suspension balls that are often made of delicate aluminium, ensuring smooth suspension movement. The tool uses T-Works’ lightweight aluminium handle and it is suitable for off-road and on-road pivot ball suspensions alike.

T-Works X3 GTS & SRX8GT precision ball bearing sets

T-Works have introduced two new precision ball bearing sets for the Hong Nor X3 GTS 30th anniversary edition and the Serpent SRX8GT. Both sets include high-quality rubber covered and dirt-shielded ball races for optimised protection against dust, dirt and moisture while the inner metal shields reduce natural drivetrain drag. Both sets are available from now on.

T-Works 22X-4 POM shock cap bushings

Coming from T-Works and made for the TLR 22X-4 are new POM shock cap bushings. The precision-made parts replace the standard bushings with the self-lubricating POM material improving suspension efficiency. The bushings come in sets of four and are also usable for other 22 series buggies and trucks.

T-Works S35-4 carbon fibre arm stiffeners

T-Works have introduced new carbon fibre suspension arm stiffeners for the SWorkz S35-4 buggy. Available are front upper arm, front lower arm as well rear lower arm inserts that reduce overall arm flex while preventing the built up of dirt. The stiffeners are available in 1mm and 1.2mm variants with the different thickness helping to further fine-tune the flex characteristics. Included with the sets comes suitable hardware.

T-Works 1/8th buggy tyre glueing bands

T-Works have introduced their new tyre glueing bands for 1/8th off-road tyres. The rubber bands span over the tyre during glueing, helping to press the carcass onto the rim’s bead for an optimised bond between the tyre and the rim. The set includes eight bands that sport white T-Works logos.

T-Works release more RC8B3.2 CF optionals

T-Works have announced the release of new carbon fibre optional parts in the form of a rear shock tower as well as upper and lower arm stiffeners. The rear shock tower is machined from high-quality 4mm sheet material and it is understood to mimic the stock shock absorber and camber link geometry. The part replaces the standard aluminium shock tower and it is usable for both the nitro and electric-powered variants. Also new are front upper, front lower and rear lower carbon fibre arm stiffeners that help to adjust overall arm flex to match the existing track conditions. The sets are available in thin 1mm and thicker 1.2mm versions which further helps to fine-tune the suspension settings. Included comes suitable mounting hardware, making the plates a direct fit.
