T-Works T4 adjustable battery holder

Coming from T-Works and made for the Xray T4 2017 to 2019 kits is a highly adjustable battery holder kit. The set includes L-shaped carbon fibre battery locators, lightweight aluminium or heavy brass mounts as well as two types of battery hold down stand offs for low-profile 18mm or standard 25mm tall batteries. The actual height of the hold downs is adjustable and the battery holder set allows to shift the battery pack left to right and forth/back a couple of millimetres in order to fine-tune the chassis weight bias.

T-Works 8mm body post height adapters

Specially made for 8mm body posts are T-Works’ new aluminium body height adjusters. Machined from quality aluminium and coming black anodised, the parts help to easily fine-tune the body height simply rotating them and choose one of the many pairs of holes that allow to shift the body up and down by a couple of millimetres. The 4-piece set is usable with virtually all 8mm long-style body posts and it is available now.

T-Works SB401 Type-R titanium optionals

T-Works have introduced several titanium option parts for the popular PR Racing SB401 Type-R 1/10th scale 4WD off-road buggy. Available are a 105-pice set of UFO head screws, a titanium ball end set as well as a titanium turnbuckle kit. All parts are machined from high-quality 64 grade titanium that will help to reduce overall weight while being highly corrosion resistant. The turnbuckle set also includes a suitable wrench, making building and setup changes a breeze.

T-Works RC8B3.1 hard-coated alloy steering shafts

Coming from T-Works and made for the Team Associated RC8B3.1 and B3.0 buggies is a hard-coated aluminium servo saver shaft set. Precision-machined from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium the shafts are a direct replacement for the standard steel items, scrubbing weight without sacrificing strength. The hard-coated surface ensures long wear and the shafts are usable with the RC8B3.1 and B3.0-based buggies and trucks.

T-Works bearing cleaner

Coming from T-Works is their new bearing cleaner. The tool allows to easily and conveniently clean new or used bearings by simply placing them in the container’s metal insert, drop the insert into the container and add a good amount of cleaning agent, such as motor or brake cleaner. After closing the container, thorough shaking will loosen and remove grease, dust, dirt and grime, leaving noting but perfectly cleaned bearings that are ready for a new coat of oil or grease.

T-Works RC8B3.1 connector-style switch

Coming from T-Works and made for the Team Associated RC8B3.1 is a connector-style switch set. The kit replaces the standard composite receiver battery box lid with a carbon fibre plate and integrated connectors, that allow to switch the receiver on and off using a jumper wire. The assembly ensure improved relniabliliy and security compared to the standard switch while also adding visual impact. The switch plate comes pre-soldered with JR-style universal connectors for the receiver and battery wire and it is a direct fit for all kits using the RC8B3.1 battery box.

T-Works RC8B3.1 & MBX8 alloy centre driveshafts

Coming for Team Associated’s RC8B3.1 and Mugen’s MBX8 buggies are new aluminium centre driveshafts from T-Works. Machined from aircraft-grade quality and coming with a black surface coating for wear, the shafts are substantially lighter than their steel counterparts that can be found in the respective kits. The dogbone driveshafts are available as combo kits including suitable steel couplers and also separately for the front and rear of the buggies.

T-Works introduce more ZX7 option parts

T-Works have announced the release of more optionals for the Kyosho ZX7 4WD buggy following the announcement of lightweight alloy centre driveshafts. First up is a carbon fibre battery strap that replaces the standard composite part. The brace is machined from high-quality carbon fibre for cooler looks and more secure battery fitment. The strap is also usable with the ZX6.6 and ZX6 series buggies. Also new are three hardware sets in the form of a 64 grade titanium ball end set, a 64 grade titanium UFO head titanium screw set as well as a gold-colour steel screw set. The titanium items will lower the overall weight while adding visual impact whereas the gold-colour screw set mainly adds bling to Kyosho’s newest 1/10th scale 4WD buggy.
