Team Magic M1B Turbo US Edition

Following on from the release of the updated Turbo version of the M1B buggy from Team Magic, the Taiwanese company have announced the release of a US edition of the car to help it break into the Amercian market. New features include updated front and rear gearbox, steering block carrier, fuel tank, new bevel gears, strenghtened whishbones and the inclusion of lots of K-Factory parts as standard.

Team Magic E4FS Foam Spec

Team Magic have released the foam spec of their E4 electric touring car, called the E4FS. As is expected from a foam spec car, it has been stiffened up with a new 3mm carbon fibre, 96mm wide narrow chassis, while a 2.5mm upper deck with aluminium stiffening posts ensure an extremely rigid chassis. The car is also supplied with front and rear hard coated drive shafts, 3mm thick front and rear shock towers as well as new shock absorbers, new turnbuckles, thicker wishbones and wider belts. This car can also accept most LiPo cells as well as all brushless systems.

K-Factory have released these CNC-machined rear hub carriers with 1.5 degrees of toe-in for the Team Magic E4. The hub carriers have been precision machined to exact tolerances and are extremely tough, due to the high strength of the material chosen and the parts design. Even though they are very strong, they are very lightweight, with the strength achieved due to smart engineering and the carefully chosen materials.

More new products from K-Factory, this time its the release of this black, hard coated, rear chassis stiffener for the Team Magic M1B 1/8th scale buggy. These superbly crafted stiffeners are designed to improve the M1B’s performance on high bite, manicured tracks that are seen in many countries around the world. In these conditions, a stiffer chassis will exploit the higher levels of traction that are present by reducing chassis flex which will adding traction in low bite conditions, can reduce response in high bite conditions.

K-Factory have released these new LX Shock Absorbers which have been based on the Team Magic G4S shock and then had almost all of the shock absorber replaced to make sure it met and exceeded strict specification and performance criteria. Said to have performed so well they are now included with the Limited Edition G4+ they are not only smoother and stronger than the original version but also easier to use and are fully compatible with the majority of on-road cars, both gas and electric.

Our site sponsors Team Magic have released the first pictures of their latest 200mm touring car, the G4RS. We wrote briefly about this car at the end of October when it was first announced and as you can see from the feature list below, it does sport quite a few changes over their previous, European Championship winning, G4 and G4+. The main changes are a new narrow chassis, new rear end, different internal ratio, new shock absorbers, new 2-speed gearbox as well as a number of other upgrades to aid performance and durability.

K-Factory, the option parts wing of Team Magic, have released the first after market parts for the very new TM E4 190mm EP touring car. First up is an alloy middle top deck mount which increases strength to this area in the event of a crash as well as reduce chassis flex for improved tuning abilities and cornering performance. Next up is a new aluminium middle shaft mount that replaces the standard plastic part and is designed to improve durability, performance and looks of your E4. The aircraft quality 7075 aluminium is machined to perfect tolerances and provides increased transmission efficiency thanks to reduced flexing during high load acceleration.

Team Magic have announced the first details on the successor to their double European Championship winning G4 1/10th 200mm touring car platform. Called the G4RS this competition car features a number of new upgrades over previous versions including new narrow chassis, new rear end, different internal ratio, new shock absorbers, new 2-speed gearbox as well as a number of other upgrades to aid performance and durability.
