Coming from JConcepts and made for the Tekno RC EB410 buggy is the Fin titanium turnbuckle set. The focus of the styling surrounds the lengthened adjustment hex area and the “finned” cuts that rotate about the centre. The Fin turnbuckles are lightweight and the original design adds some bling to the car. The JConcepts turnbuckles are produced with left and right hand threads with the left being conveniently marked for easy orientation.
MIP have introduced an aluminium ackermann plate for the Tekno EB410 1/10th scale 4WD buggy. The part is machined from high-quality material and designed to replace the standard composite plastic part for an item of higher precision and strength. JConcepts adds to the list of performance parts for the EB410 with a carbon fibre upper deck. The new upper deck offsets the position of the fan mount which allows several benefits. The first is the ability to use the JConcepts F2 body as the new carbon fibre part shifts the fan over to clear the low-profile cab of the body. The secondary benefit realised after testing the new upper deck is the ability to use a taller fan. This is a benefit not exclusive to the JConcepts body but to all low-roof body shell types because taller fans are typically more powerful and move more air. Another positive to the JConcepts carbon fibre upper deck is the slight position change of the fan allows some lower power fans to work better without the force of the motor magnets affecting the fan, bearings or rotation.
RC Speed Secrets have introduced two new optional parts for the Tekno EB410 buggy in the form of finned titanium turnbuckles and deep socket head titanium diff screws. Starting with the turnbuckles, they are made from top-quality grade 5 titanium and offer a finned design for looks and weight reduction. The 6-piece set is available in RCSS’ special Bada Bling oil-slick or Stealth Black finish. Also new is a 4-piece set of titanium deep socket head differential screws for the EB410. Machined from lightweight grade 5 titanium the screws, used throughout the buggy’s three differentials, will reduce rotational mass and overall weight for improved car performance. Available in Bada Bling oil-slick or Stealth Black finish, they also add visual impact while building, maintaining or tuning the diffs. Three packs of screws are needed to equip a buggy.
Coming for Tekno RC’s popular EB410 1/10th scale 4WD buggy are new carbon fibre front and rear shock towers from Vision Racing Products. They are a direct replacement for the stock moulded towers and made from high quality 4mm Carbon. They are stronger yet considerably lighter than the stock towers with the front tower shape is designed to be extra durable, while the rear tower features a unique “T” design for added bling.

Coming from Exotek and made for the Tekno RC EB410 buggy is the new Edge lightweight body shell. The body was designed to sit 8mm lower than the kit shell to lower the overall centre of gravity while offering a new look. Exotek have also taken great care to still allow the mounting of the fan above the motor and still allow normal height or low profile servo use. Clean lines are used throughout for a clean “aero” downforce package yet allows easy custom painting thanks to the smooth and rounded corners. The Edge body weighs in at a svelte 27g unpainted versus the 37g stock unpainted body thanks to a premium lightweight thickness polycarbonate that is a proprietary custom produced material only for Exotek that is much stronger and longer lasting. Included with the body come window masks but no wing.
Coming from Lunsford and made for the Tekno EB410 buggy is a limited edition set of titanium-nitride-coloured 3.5mm Super Duty titanium turnbuckles. They are made of high-quality Grade 5 titanium and included in the set are four 40mm and two 55mm turnbuckles as well as a 1/8” drill bit to slightly open the Tekno rod ends as the turnbuckles are 0.5mm larger in diameter compared to the stock parts.

Coming from Tekno RC and made for the EB410 1/10th scale 4WD buggy are aluminium stub axles and composite diff gear sets. Starting with the stub axles, they are CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium, hard anodised for wear, and reduce the rotating mass as well as unsprung weight by over 5g per pair. They are a direct replacement for the stock steel stub axles and do not require any additional parts. Although these axles are tough, they are intended to be used for performance improvement in the highly competitive 13.5 4WD class and may not be as durable as the stock counterpart. The axles are available as separate sets for the front and the rear of the buggy.
