Tenshock have a dedicated 2WD short course brushless short course motor available, the SC211. Being of a 4-pole design the sensored motor is housed in a CNC-machined aluminium case with heatsink ribbing and powerful sintered magnets. Sturdy, gold-plated solder tabs make for a reliable connection of the motor and speed controller. The motor weighs in at 166g, it is available in six different Kv ratings of 3300, 3500, 3800, 4400, 4800 and 5200 and included are 12 gauge wires, a sensor cable and a decal sheet.
Tenshock introduce their new WP-EX4 V2 brushless speed controller for both 1/10th and 1/8th scale applications. The 120A rated ESC is good for 2S use with up to 6000kv motors and 3S packs with up to 4000kv, making it ideal for short course trucks and buggies in bashing and racing applications while the controller can also handle up to 3000kv motors with 4S input, allowing the use in lightweight 1/8th buggies. Coming in a cast hardcase measuring 55×37.6×38.4mm the controller is waterproof for all-weather usability and it offers a 6V/5A BEC system and integrated cooling fan.
Tenshock introduce the X-211 4-pole brushless motor. The sensored motor is build to match current 540-size dimensions and features a CNC-machined aluminium can, heavy-duty solder tabs, it is of a 4-pole 12 slots design and comes with a kevlar-wrapped rotor. High purity copper windings make for maximum conductivity while the sintered neodymium magnet promised the highest torque possible. The motor is available as 3.5T to 8.5T “modified” as well as 10.5T to 21.5T “stock” variant.
