STRC Drag Slash front & rear aluminium A-arms

STRC have introduced their new CNC machined aluminium front and rear A-arm kits for the Traxxas Drag Slash. Improve the front end durability and add a bit more weight to the front end of your Drag Slash with these front A-arms which match precisely the stock suspension geometry and which include their heat-treated steel lock-nut style hinge-pin kits so you never have an issue with the hinge-pins backing out. The rear A-arm reduces the rear toe-in on the Drag Slash from the stock 3 degrees to just 1 degree, which will improve straight line top speed. These arms also include the heat-treated steel lock-nut style hinge-pin kits as well. Available now in anodised blue, gun metal, green, red and silver.

Exotek Slash Drag shock tower & HD axle set

Two new items from Exotek for the Drag Slash and Slash Street Eliminator, the first being this heavy duty 4mm thick carbon fibre front shock tower. Much stiffer for more stable high speed handling, it uses the stock shocks and body mounts. It has optional shock mounting holes for more tuning options but requires removal of the stock body mount. Next up is their heavy duty hardened steel complete CVD axle sets and diff cups. Reduced parts count and all steel construction insures reliable racing without fear of deforming or popping out the stock plastic axle sets. The new diff cups uses 2 set screws instead of the straight pin to remove all of the slop and reduces vibrations.

STRC Drag Slash aluminium options

Introducing ST Racing Concepts’ new line of option parts for the Traxxas Drag Slash. CNC machined aluminium front bumper improves durability of your Drag Slash and adds a bit of weight to the front of the vehicle to help prevent the front end from lifting during hard acceleration. The aluminium front caster blocks improve durability and add a great look to the Drag Slash, while the aluminium rear motor guard/Wheelie bar mount provides a solid mounting point for the rear wheelie bar and takes away any unwanted flex. Finally, the aluminium heat-sink finned motor plate improves heat dissipation of the motor and adds that factory look to your Drag Slash. All option parts are CNC machined from high quality aluminium and available in anodised blue, green, gun metal, red and silver.

Pro-Line Performance HD 1/5 axle conversion for X-Maxx

Introducing the Pro-Line Performance HD 1/5 axle conversion made specifically for the X-Maxx. This heavy-duty machined aluminium Axle conversion kit will transform your truck into the full 1/5 standard allowing you to run any 1/5 scale 24mm wheels and tires already available, including Pro-Line’s new Masher X HP Tires without needing adapter washers. This conversion is also a massive durability upgrade over stock because it replaces the plastic hexes with machined aluminium and has a much bigger axle diameter. Xtra Speed TRX-4/6 brass options

More brass options from Xtra Speed, who have produced these latest parts for the Traxxas TRX-4 and TRX-6. Machined from high quality brass and black coated, the edges have been machined to expose the brass for a slick look. Receiving the heavy brass treatment is the steering knuckles, front c-hubs and rear portal cover. Sold as a pair, they come supplied with the required hardware.

RPM X-Maxx oversized front axle carriers

RPM have introduced these new oversized front axle carriers for the Traxxas X-Maxx. Replacing the stock part and bearings (20x27x4mm), they come with much larger 20x32x7mm inner bearings and the carrier sorts massive steering support ribs for the strongest possible carriers. The outer bearings remain the same as stock and are not included. Sold as a pair.

Exotek Racing Slash drag bumper set

Add protection to your 2wd Slash street eliminator with Exotek Racing’s heavy duty alloy, carbon fibre and foam bumper set. Details include a heavy duty alloy and carbon fibre mounting base that secures the extra wide high density foam bumper. Inside the foam bumper are 3 alloy posts for extra secure foam bumper mounting. This design also allows you to experiment with adding nylon body posts onto the bumper or perhaps a lexan body lip (splitter) on the under side of the bumper.
