New Pro-Line monster truck & crawler options

Coming from Pro-Line are several option parts for monster trucks and crawlers such as a bodyshell, body accessories and new tyres. Starting on the monster truck side of things, new and made for the Traxxas Revo 3.3, T-Maxx 3.3 the MGT and Summit is the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor bodyshell. Pro-Line’s highly detailed yet functional replica has included all the rugged Raptor style and attitude into the body and decal sheet, it has a bold and tough body style and is the most cutting edge look available. As usual the body comes clear, including window masks and a comprehensive decal sheet.

Pro-Line Pro-Spline HD rear axles

New from Pro-Line come the Pro-Spline HD rear axles for the Pro-2 SC and Slash 2WD with ProTrac kit. The Pro-Spline HD technology debuted on the Pro-Line Pro-MT kit and is designed to handle some serious power. Made from hardened black oxide coated steel, the drive shafts have a true 6-sided spline that slides smoothly throughout the suspension travel without having to worry about stripping out like the stock plastic drive shafts. The pins are held in place by zinc coated snap rings and M3 set screws on both ends. The drive shafts also fit the Stampede and Electric Rustler kits.

STRC Slash limited edition black alloy parts

ST Racing Concepts have expanded their range of exclusive limited edition black anodised Slash 2WD and 4×4 option parts. Available as a very limited production run are now also CNC-machined aluminium skid plates, steering bellcranks, hub carriers, A-arms and the motor mount.

Traxxas Slash 2WD Arie Luyendyk Jr. Edition

Traxxas’ long-running Slash 2WD short course truck is now available in a new bodyshell variant, resembling the truck of former Indy driver and now off-road racer, Arie Luyendyk Jr. His GUNK-sponsored truck features a very recognisable blue, orange, and white paint scheme that sets it apart from the crowd. The truck itself comes with a 12T 550-size brushed motor, watertight and sealed electronics as well as a 2.4GHz radio system, 4-amp DC fast charger and a 7-cell 3000mAh NiMH battery pack.

Pro-Line E-Revo Pro-Spline HD axles

Coming from Pro-Line and made for the E-Revo and Summit are the pre-assembled Pro-Spline HD axles. Designed to fit both in the front and the rear the Pro-Spline HD technology debuted on the Pro-Line Pro-MT kit. The driveshafts are made from hardened black oxide coated steel and they feature a true 6-sided spline that slides smoothly throughout the suspension travel without having to worry about stripping out like the stock plastic drive shafts. The pins are held in place by fully surrounded steel springs and M3 set screws on both ends to handle extreme performance.

Traxxas X-Maxx electric monster truck

Traxxas have introduced their all-new X-Maxx electric RTR monster truck. Starting with a white sheet of paper the X-Maxx is not just a bolstered-up E-Maxx but a totally new, and larger, design based on a modular 4WD chassis with the interlocking design keeping the motor and gear drive together as a unit to virtually eliminate gear-crunching chassis flex. Also the design provides easy access to critical components, making any needed maintenance or repairs a snap to perform. The all-new motor mount design cradles the motor so it can’t flex on the mount while gear mesh is held firmly in place by keyed pins.

STRC Slash 4x4 LCG chassis back with some improvements

ST Racing Concepts’ popular LCG chassis conversion for the Traxxas Slash 4×4 short course truck is back with quite a few performance oriented revisions. A narrower CNC-machined 4mm aluminium chassis that is now 4mm narrower than previous makes for more agility during left/right cornering weight transfer while also being 30 grams lighter for a more nimble handling. The chassis now also has more clearance around rear A-arm sway bar mounting link. Included in the conversion is also a revised battery strap for easier battery removal while a redesigned rear suspension block improves durability. The conversion also comes with numerous other parts such as an alloy HD front bulkhead, alloy motor mount, carbon fibre upper deck and more and it is available in black or blue anodising.

Pro-Line Yeti body shells & Traxxas Pro-Spline HD axles

Pro-Line have two new body shells for the Axial Yeti as well as the pre-assembled Pro-Spline HD axles for a range of Traxxas 2WD and 4WD kits available. Starting with the bodies, both the Ford F-150 Raptor SVT and the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon are tailor-designed to fit Axial’s popular Yeti rock racing buggy. Both bodies make use of the original Yeti cage and interior to make them look like real race trucks and they come made from high-quality polycarbonate material and include a comprehensive decal sheet and window masks.
