PNP release a 1:8 Onroad Body & Wing Gauge

Spanish onroad accessories and optional parts brand PNP (Pata Negra Parts) has created this 1:8 Onroad Body & Wing Gauge.  Aerodynamic setup is a key factor in the 1:8 Onroad chassis performance and measuring & checking body and wing height is necessary in order to get the maximum performance.  Body rear height highly affects the general downforce (front and rear) generated but also results in more aerodynamic drag while wing height affects a lot the car setup being an easy way to achieve a good balance.  Machined from 3mm carbon fibre and finisged with silk printed graphics both side, the PNP Gauge is designed to be used with the car placed on 20mm setup blocks, as it is done in the race technical inspection.  Using the gauge, drivers will be able not only to check if their car is legal, but what is more important is that they will be able to measure and share with their teammates these two aerodynamic setup aspects.

PNP 990 & RX8 Ackermann plates

Spanish onroad accessories and optional parts brand PNP (Pata Negra Parts) has released new Ackermann plates for both the Serpent 990 and Xray RX8 1:8 Onroad kits.  Made from 3mm carbon fibre, 2 options of each plate are available changing original distance between pivot balls of the steering rods to 10mm or 11mm.  The plates are useful for fine tuning the car handling to the track conditions and driving style.  More distance results in a car easier to drive, more smooth, and less distance results in a car with more corner speed but harder to drive.
