Exotek XR3’11 Performance chassis

Exotek have released their all new XR3’11 performance ultra narrow LiPo chassis. Made from 2.25mm thick precision cut carbon fiber the new design helps improve steering and rear traction making going into corners deeper and power-out stronger. Its only 88mm wide at the main chassis section to better utilize lower ride heights for more aggressive cornering. The battery location has also been moved in closer to the belt for better balancing of the new high power LiPos. Finally it features the standard North South servo mounting or East West servo mounting.

JQ Products colour sets & wings

JQ Products have made available some new products for THE Car, including full colour kits that allow drivers to change their cars according to personal taste. The sets include all required hardware, all M3 & M4 shims, shock ride height adjustment nuts, servo saver adjusting nut and throttle link collars, in Black, Green, Red, Blue and Gold (standard) colours. JQ have also different colour wings now available for those who want to stand out from the crowd in White Yellow and Green.

Motonica P81/P8F Kevlar pulleys

New from Motonica are these optional pulleys for the P81/ P8F cars, made in Kevlar material. The new material allows for a smoother movement of the transmission system while minimizing friction. The smaller pulleys are sold in a set (16T, 18T, 22T, 24T, 25T), while the 50T and 51T versions are sold separately.

TOP Racing Rebel optional motor mount

TOP Racing have released this new optional carbon fibre & aluminium motor mount set for their Rebel 1/12th scale. The set is designed to allow for a more flexible gearing setup, allowing for a higher gear ratio when using smaller spur gears. The set is made up of 4 parts, which can also be bought separately.

Alien Racing 12R5.1 conversion kit

Alien Racing has introduced a conversion kit for the Associated 12R5.1, featuring some of the same properties used on Ronald Volker’s car at this year’s European 1/12th Championship. This kit allows you to place the battery in longitudinal position, which helps the efficiency of the car in corners and reduce yaw when changing direction.

Capricorn LAB-C801 copper engine blocks

Capricorn have released this new pair of engine mounts for the LAB-C801 chassis made machined from a copper material. Both blocks add 40 grams in this optimal position to help improve the car’s centre of gravity and double the heat dissipation between the engine and chassis compared to the standard kit blocks.

Roche carbon cooling fan protectors

New from Roche are these wicked looking carbon cooling fan protectors. Available in three different versions, 25mm, 30mm & 40mm, they mount to the top of your speed controller’s cooling fan, using the same holes and screws. They not only look great but will protect the fan from large debris or cables falling onto the motor and stopping it.

Xray RX8 2.6mm & 3.0mm rear anti-roll bars

Xray have released two new additions to their range of RX8 steel rear anti-roll bar wires. Allowing for additional tuning beyond the stock rear anti-roll bar, the new wires are available in 2.6mm and 3.0mm thickness, adding to the already available 2.8mm version. Manually measured, selected and straightened to eliminate all tweak, they are laser engraved for easy identification.
