Corally release various products

Corally have released a number of accessories for general RC car use, including this small assortment case. Made from transparent plastic, it features the Corally logo on its lid and is used to organize parts for your brushless motor and anything else you need to sort out. Also new is a 1.8m long roll of double sided Corally foam tape used for sticking your RC electronics in your car. Because of the dampening and shock absorption ability of the special foam it helps to protect your electronics from vibrations. Finally, Corally have all new 13-14 Teeth 48 pitch hard anodized lightweight aluminium short pinions, which are a must have to achieve the desired rear ratio as required by today’s brushless motors, especially on short tracks.

LRP Vector X11 Front & Back plates

Seen on the LRP stand at the toy fair a few weeks ago and on the motors of team drivers prior to that, LRP have released a range of aluminium plates for the LRP Vector X11 range of brushless motors. Starting with this backplate with its cool black machined aluminium look, this tuning part includes cooling fins for better heat dissipation. For the front of the motor there are a pair of cover plates that improve the cooling of the motor increasing its performance, while the design of the plates means they are lighter than the standard part. Available in 2 thicknesses, the thinner front cover moves the motor more to the centreline of the car resulting in a different weight distribution of the car.

Hot Bodies Cyclone chassis posts

One part of the Hot Bodies Cyclone Carpet spec that we missed when we first wrote about it was this aluminium chassis post set with adjustable torsion control, which gives the ability to quickly adjust to changing traction conditions at a busy race. The use of these posts along with the solid upper rear and middle deck increase stiffness, while the adjustable torsion control enables you to precisely dial in your car and knock off those tenths needed to get ahead of the competition. Sold with the required fasteners and a set of 4 O-rings.

Team Orion CRF Lightweight Flywheel

Team Orion recently released the CRF lightweight flywheel, which has been precision machined on the engine side to allow for quicker acceleration to out perform the competition. In it’s first official outing it was used by Joel Johnson to power the multi time World Champion to victory in the 2007 On-Road Nationals.

Made from high grade titanium, these lightweight and ultra strong items are sold in a pack of 6 pieces for the cars front camber, rear camber & steering rods. All turnbuckles sport both normal and reverse threads along with an adjustment knuckle for easy length adjustment. Available early March.

The transporter race case holds all of your track supplies keeping them organized and has integrated wheels and an extendible tow handle for easy manoeuvring. The company’s transmitter bag is suitable for the most popular pistol grip transmitters on the market today. The Velcro straps secure your transmitter to prevent damage during transit and the smaller pouch is perfect for carrying transmitter accessories like spare crystal sets and batteries. K-Factory Alu Hex Wheel Hubs

K Factory have released a new range of aluminium, clamp style, hex wheel hubs for Team Magic & Kyosho 200mm racers who want to widen or narrow the track width of their vehicle by as much as 3mm outward or 1.5mm inward. Made from the same high strength aluminium as the standard wheel hubs the only difference is the thickness, and they are now available in sets of 4 in -0.75mm, +0.75mm and +1.50mm thickness’s.
