Avid MBX8R carbon arm inserts

Avid’s new MBX8R carbon arm inserts set includes the 1.0mm front and rear inserts to offer your buggy another great tuning feature by reducing the flex and twist in the arm. In the past, Avid offered several different thicknesses but have learned that 1.0mm is all you need so no more guessing. These are available as a complete set or individually.

Exotek high performance Flite spur gears

Exotek have introduced 4 new high performance machined POM spur gears for all Exotek slipper eliminator hubs. Available in 104T, 99T, 94T and 89T, they are 100% machined POM to insure true roundness, with extra interior machining to reduce overall weight for reduced rotating mass. Much stiffer and truer than moulded nylon spur gears, they require three M3x6 button head screws (not included). These sizes are best suited for stand up or raised transmissions as they may be too big for most laydown transmissions.

Available in 4 versions, front lower suspension mount, as well as B, C and D mounts, they come machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium while sporting a black surface coating and machined silver edge details. The suspension hanger was designed to work with the standard suspension inserts.

JConcepts RC10 & RC10 Worlds car titanium turnbuckles

JConcepts introduces a stylish, durable, and lightweight alternative Titanium turnbuckle kit for the popular original Team Associated RC10 and RC10 Classic vehicles in black colour. The base of the shafts design is centred around a .143” titanium hex size which gradually tapers down into a 3mm thread base design which accepts standard AE ball-cup configurations. The focus of the styling surrounds the lengthened adjustment hex area and the ‘fin’ cuts that rotate about the centre. The Fin turnbuckles are lightweight, and the original design brings out the glamour and quality that makes titanium one of the most sought, after exotic materials in the world. The JConcepts turnbuckles are produced with left- and right-hand threads with the left being conveniently marked for easy orientation. Arena RC Racing have produced this carbon handle for the Futaba 10PX, 7PX, 7PXLE, 7PXR & 4PM transmitters. Machined from 3mm carbon fibre, it is lightweight and the edges feature a machined chamfer for a smoother finish and more comfortable feel.

Infinity ultra low friction washers

Creation Model now offer these Infinity ultra low friction washers. By replacing the spacers in the front and rear of the lower suspension arms with these versions, the lower suspension arms will operate more smoothly leading to improved traction. Two types of spacers, 0.5mm and 1.0mm thick, are available and they are sold in packs of 8 pieces.

Exotek TLR22 5.0 heavy duty 7075 alloy diff case

From Exotek comes another heavy duty machined 7075 alloy differential case, this time for the TLR 5.0 G2 diff. Perfect machined roundness makes for a free spinning transmission and a must have for high powered drag racing applications and extra internal machining allows for extra fluid to be added for increased fluid capacity and life. This is much stronger than the stock plastic diff gear but not indestructible so it is important to use black or white grease on the gears and reapply frequently to prolong its life.
