Yokomo BD8 40T diff pulley conversion kit

The 40T belt pulleys that are part of Yokomo’s BD8SV Stock touring car are soon also available separately for all BD8 owners. Designed to improve overall drivetrain efficiency the set will be beneficial for both stock and modified racing classes as with the 40T pulleys the car will gain balance and overall efficiency compared to the standard 34T pulleys. Traction is increased while the higher corner speed and smoother throttle response will lead to lowered and more consistent lap times. The set includes a 40T front pulley, 40T gear differential, carbon fibre shock towers as well as bulkhead spacers and new longer belts. Separately available are also the updated front and rear shock towers, the 1mm bulkhead spacers and the C bulkhead all of which are specially designed to fit the 40T belt pulleys.

RDRP B64 carbon fibre shock towers

Revolution Design Racing Products have introduced new carbon fibre shock towers for the Team Associated B64 series of 1/10th scale 4WD buggies. First up is the front shock stay that utilises the standard kit geometry but sports an updated design for improved looks and greater durability, making it especially useful on those demanding dirt and astro turf tracks. The rear shock tower, just like the front part, is cut to match the standard kit geometry and it sports an updated design for improved looks and greater durability, but on top of this an additional lower row of rear camber link mounting holes allows for an optimised rear roll centre which can be beneficial in a variety of track conditions. Both the front and rear shock stays are cut from high-quality carbon fibre, they are available separately and fit the B64 and B64D buggies.

Xray XB8 series soft, ribbed shock membranes

Coming from Xray and made for the XB8 series of buggies, trucks and cars are soft, ribbed shock absorber volume compensators. The membranes are of a softer material than stock which results in reduced shock rebound, making them ideal for bumpy or high speed tracks. Internal ribbings ensure they maintain their shape even when the going gets tough as does the heavy duty rubber material. The membranes come in sets of four and they fit the XB8, XT8 and GTX8 kits.
