Since its first release in 1992, Kyosho’s long selling Hanging On Racer model is still as popular as ever. The S.D.S.S semi direct steering system delivers high performance fully independent motion with the rider figure construction incorporating 13 different connections so it hangs on to the bike as it leans into corners. The result is driving performance just like a real motorbike that is easy enough for anyone to control. In addition, each section of the bike is designed with an incredible level of scale detail from the body cowl, inverted front fork suspension, brake disk and calipers, wheels, drive chain, sprocket and asymmetrical swing arm to recreate a model of display standard quality.
Schumacher now offer a Mini RC Bike for racing on the street, in the office or at home. Coming in blue or orange colour the bike features a stabilising gyro, soft rubber slick tyres, simulation shock absorbers as well as working head and tail lights. Side guards prevent the bike from becoming scratched or damaged during hard corning and the included battery makes for running times of about 12 minutes between charges.

The kit, that will come as rolling chassis, is now available for pre-order with shipping being expected to start end of January 2014.
Kyosho introduce the Mini-Z Bike Ducati Desmosedici GP11. The 1/18th scale bike with brushless motor, gyro and a length of 118mm resembles Valentino Rossi’s Moto GP bike and now that he will leave the Italian manufacture by the end of the season the Kyosho replica will sure be a piece of history. The bike comes with a 2.4GHz transmitter 3.7V 120mAh LiPo battery, charger and tools.
Building on the success and innovation of the original GPV-1 RTR 1/8th scale motorcycle, Venom have announced the GPV-1 Pro kit. The Pro kit maintains all the advanced features of the RTR but replaces key components with Factory Hop-Up parts as well as adding some innovations of its own. The Pro kit includes the carbon fibre race chassis kit, alloy forks with preload adjustment, front disk brake kit, steering bearing set, 6 spoke wheel set, 60T and 62T spur gear set, front and rear V1 soft tires, GPV-1 clear body and rider figure. New to the GPV-1 platform is the company’s innovative MTCS (Mechanical Traction Control System) that allows you to shift the hinge pin placement without changing the wheelbase. Shifting the hinge pin placement allows you to control the jacking and squatting of the chassis to control how the power is put to the track.
Xceed RC have announced details of another new product to join their rapidly growing range of competition r/c accessories with the addition of tyre traction fluid. The TF-1 formula has been developed by leading 1:12 racer Markus Mobers and is said to provide additional traction for both foam and rubber tires. Available next month, the fluid will be sold in a tin and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Merging the design philosophies of real world GP race bikes and RC models, the GPV-1 represents Venom Group’s most ambitious project in its seven year company history. After passing Venom’s intensive design and development program, the bike hits the market featuring a combination of scale realism with composite materials and high performance handling not usually found in a ready to run model of this size or price category. Venom designed the GPV-1 around a hybrid carbon glass chassis structure that offers fine tuning of suspension while lending a compact low centre of gravity for easy handling. With the Venom VR3T 3-Channel radio transmitter in hand, experts and beginners alike are able to immediately take control of the motorcycle and drive it with confidence.
