Phat Bodies GT12 Zed wing pack

Phat Bodies have introduced their new Zed wing pack that has been developed as an alternative to the popular kit wing included with the company’s GTM and GTF body shells. The wings are supplied with new profiles for a different feel on track. Both can also be tuned to varied heights for high and low downforce tracks and they are moulded in 0.75mm Lexan polycarbonate to give minimal deflection under load for maximum downforce yet also lightweight to keep the centre of gravity as low as possible.

SRC E-Spark 190mm touring car body shell – Teaser

Italian company SRC have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming E-Spark touring car body shell for 190mm chassis. The body builds on the World and European Championship winning Spark 200mm Nitro Touring body and it will become available soon in standard and lightweight versions and also as pre-cut variants for most of today’s touring cars.

RudeBits lightweight R2 1/10th buggy wing

RudeBits have introduced the lightweight version of their popular R2 1/10th buggy rear wing. The R2 wing is the evolution wing from the R1 and designed for cornering speed as well as efficiency of air distribution and downforce. The R2 straight rear edge is just like the R1 that allows the air to force down evenly across and it comes with 4 degrees base angle built in. The BRCA, ROAR, IFMAR, EFRA and FEMCA legal lightweight wing weighs in at 16g and it is available now.

Brilliant RC 1/8th on-road body stiffener set

Brilliant RC have announced the release of their new carbon fibre body stiffener set for 1/8th on-road body shells. The pre-shaped parts are made from high-quality 1mm carbon fibre for high rigidity and a low weight of only 14g. The 5-piece set comes with suitable plastic rivets and it is reusable, fitting many different body brands.

Mon-Tech Racing Type Racer touring car rear wing

Italian company Mon-Tech has introduced their new Type Racer rear wing for 190mm touring cars. Designed and tested with Mon-Tech’s world-class racing team the wing will maximise the body shell performance on a wide range of track conditions. The wing comes made from clear high-quality polycarbonate and in a medium 0.75mm or hard 1.0mm variant.

Hudy bumper & body foam spacer set

Hudy have introduced their new bumper and body foam spacer set. Included are 155mm long self-adhesive strips of 1.5mm, 3.0mm and 5.0mm thickness that help to bridge the gap between the body shell and the chassis’ foam bumper. The result is less body deformation at high speeds, less body scrubbing in corners and also improved chassis protection in the event of a crash. The foam strip set is available now.

Yeah Racing super bright alloy light bar

Yeah Racing have introduced their new super bright aluminium LED light bar for 1/10th crawlers and trail trucks. A tough aluminium frame houses over ten super bright LEDs for improved vision during night rides and the includes triangular mounting brackets make installation on a variety of body shell design easy. The light bar is powered by 7.2V up to 12V power sources and it is available in red, blue or black colour.

Coming from Pro-Line is the new Air Force 2 lightweight 6.5” 1/10th buggy rear wing with centre fin. The AF2 wing is designed with the latest in CAD technology to meet extreme performance and durability specifications. It is made from lightweight but flexible material to get maximum strength and includes aerodynamic centre fin stabilisers for improved high-speed stability. Huge radiuses on the wing corners prevent cracks from starting and allow air to flow smoothly over the wing for exceptional performance.
