Shepherd have announced a number of small updates for the Velox F1 for the 16/17 winter season. From now on the front lower wishbones will be machined from a stiffer carbon material for a more direct feeling of the car while the geometry of the upper wishbone mount has been updated to ensure freer movement of the wishbones.

Team Magic have announced the E6 III “BES” RTR, which is a ready to run full option version of their popular E6 III HX Monster Truck. HB Racing have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming new 1/8th scale buggy. With no engine cooling head visible the bets are that the image is showing the long-awaited E817 E-Buggy that David Ronnefalk drove to EFRA 1/8th E-Buggy European Championship honours earlier this year. After an extensive development and testing phase Shepherd have announced the release the Velox V8 WC 1/8th nitro on-road car kit. Made to honour the 2015 World Championship title of Simon Kurzbuch the Velox V8 WC features state-of-the-art technologies as well as proven design features. The included 0.8 module gearbox Simon used in prototype stages at the Worlds in Brazil is now available in a refined version and it saves about 20 percent of weight compared to its predecessor, improving the car’s acceleration significantly.
