S-Workz have been in touch to tell us that their S350 BE1 conversion kit is now available. The set allows you to convert your gas powered BK1 1/8th scale buggy into the brushless BE1 and comes complete with everything you need, minus electronics, such as new chassis, battery mounts, body shell etc.

Announced some time ago and available very soon is Team Durango’s DEST210R 2WD stadium truck. The truck that is based on the DEX210 buggy and features a newly designed longer moulded composite chassis, and the patent pending gear box that allows to run several configurations such as 3-gear and 4-gear layout in one gear box. Also included in the kit are highly adjustable suspension components that make use of interchangeable inserts to adjust caster and rear toe settings, big bore shock absorbers, captive pin CVD rear driveshafts, new 15mm front and rear disc rims as well as a unique stadium truck body shell.

Serpent have released the next addition in the growing Serpent Cobra line. The Cobra electric sport buggy is based on the full race version of the E-Buggy and shares the race genes and geometry and most technical features. The Sport version features some less expensive materials, without suffering performance wise. This electric powered animal with its front mounted motor and electronics, super low longitudinal battery placement and super performing diffs and shocks will provide sheer endless amounts of run-time and race excitement. All parts and options of the high end race version fit this Sport version too, so a step by step upgrade is possible.
The new 1/8 scale from Duratrax, the 835B is loaded with Stress-Tech parts, and every one of them is protected by a 1-year replacement guarantee. If any Stress-Tech part fails during the first year, DuraTrax replaces it free. Other reasons for the 835’s durability include grey-anodized aluminium parts and hardened steel parts in the drivetrain. Driving the 835B is a SuperTigre G-27CX .27 engine, known for dependability and power, and it’s protected by a 3-year limited warranty. JQ Products have announced the release of THECar in RTR (Ready to Race) form. They wanted to create a new standard of performance for 1:8th RTR Buggies and by clever design and production arrangements have been able to keep the specification of this vehicle high, and as close to the Pro version as possible. The servos and engine have been chosen based on their performance as well as their affordability. They wanted to make sure that the servos are strong and fast enough to be able to control the car, in a similar fashion to actual race cars with top of the line servos. Many RTRs have so slow and weak servos, that they are hard to drive for even experienced racers. This is not the case with this RTR, as the Savöx servos are strong and fast enough for the task. The engine is a standard pullstart RTR unit, and it has more than enough power for this super lightweight RTR, that only weights 3300g.
