Axial Racing have released details on their latest crawler kit, the XR10. This sick looking ‘no-compromise’ competition ready kit features all new front and rear strong durable composite plastic, lightweight axles, all New behind the axle (BTA) steering and over sized 12.5mm universals with 4mm and 2.5mm cross pins. Utilizing a 37.9:1 gear ratio, using the included 14T pinion, the gearbox allows the use of 12-19T pinions for gear ratios ranging from 44.2:1 through 27.9:1. Dual motors allow you to easily adjust your front and rear gear ratios independently while compact and lightweight gearboxes keep the motor positioned closer to the axle housing and above the axle center line for extra clearance.

Kyosho TF6 Touring car

Having followed the car through its development stages, Kyosho Germany have announced that the TF6 touring car kit has just arrived in Europe and will be available in the next days. Developed by Kyosho Japan masterminds Shin Adachi and Kazuhiro Miyazaki and race proven by German international team driver Christopher Krapp, the TF6 is ready to hit the tracks worldwide. Equipped with a 2 belt drive train and a special ball outdrive system at the front and rear swing shafts, the car claims to set a new benchmark for on-road electric touring cars. Ready for the maximum power of the latest brushless motors and speed controllers, the chassis is able to handle both LiPo and classic NiMH batteries and shows the lowest possible CG for the best performance at the track. With podium finishes at the recent TITC race by Shin Adachi and A-Main attendance at the 2009 European Championships as well as winning the outdoor German National Championship by Christopher Krapp, this car will be a serious competitor for the world championship this year.

Team Associated have announced the RC8Be Factory Team kit, which picks up where the RC8e left off by adding many performance and durability enhancing features that were pioneered by the company’s Area 51 engineers and world-class team of pro drivers. The new RC8Be features include Factory Team 16mm Big Bore threaded hard-anodized shocks, RC8B 5mm 7075 blue aluminium shock towers, 7075 blue aluminium suspension mounts, Factory Team 7075 blue aluminium one-piece top plate and Pro-Line M3 Holeshot tires with molded inserts. Pre-assembled shocks, differentials and turnbuckles help get you on the track fast. Factory Team shock and diff fluids are also included.
