Build from 30C cells the battery comes in a protective hardcase of oval diameter making it ideal not only for RTR vehicles but also to power nitro start boxes and many more. The battery comes prewired with a Tamiya-standard connector and EHR balancer port.

We brought you a scoop of Reedy’s new 7.4V SQ LiPo battery pack during the recent IFMAR 1/10 Buggy World Championships and now Reedy officially announce the 2S battery pack. It is designed to replace the standard 2-piece side-by-side saddle pack with a single hard-case battery. By eliminating the need for a jumper wire and reducing the number of internal connections, power output and efficiency are improved. Dual 4mm sockets with a 2mm balance port allows users to balance charge the battery in the same manner as stick and shorty batteries. The pack measures 93×68.5×25.1mm, weights 318g and is ideal for all chassis that can take side-by-side saddle pack batteries.

During this week’s IFMAR 1/10th Buggy World Championships Reedy gave us an exclusive on their new 5800mAh 65C ‘Square’ LiPo hardcase battery pack. Sporting dimensions like a conventional saddle pack the battery does away with the need to use a jumper wire or the often fiddly charging harnesses associated with handling saddle packs. Instead the pack has the usual 4mm bullet-type connector tubes and a single 2mm balancer port making charging and handling easier. It is designed for vehicles that have the battery sitting as a single block in the chassis like the Centro, the TLR 22 or the Team Durango 4WD buggy. We are told it will be available in 4 weeks.

Reedy announce the addition of two new LiPo receiver batteries to their lineup. The 2300mAh battery features high capacity, which makes it perfect for enthusiasts who don’t want to worry about continually having to re-charge their receiver battery, and for serious racers who are competing in long main events. Team Torke have released two new hardcase LiPo battery packs in the form of a regular length 6500mAh 75C and a shorty 4800mAh 70C variant. Both sport increased capacities over their predecessors and feature standard bullet connectors with the shorty pack offering a dual plug layout for improved power supply when needed.

Available now from Reedy is the 7000mAh 3.7V competition LiPo battery pack for 1/12th stock and modified as well as World GT racers. The pack is built from the latest high-performance cells whose new chemical formulation makes for the highest capacity and voltage possible.
