Edit RC Shock Oil & D8 Clutch bearings

Edit RC have added a number of new products to their range including this pure silicone shock oil. This race proven shock oil will not thicken at low temperatures or thin at high temperatures, making it ideal for every racing application from indoor 1/12th and micro to 1/8th buggy and touring car. Supplied in convenient 60cc bottles, they are available in a wide range of weights. New for the Hot Bodies D8 clutch bell, are these high quality ABEC 5 (ISO Class 5) rated 5 x 11 x 4mm bearings which have tighter tolerances for fit than the ABEC 3 bearings, but not too tight so as to reduce bearing rpm. These bearings come in too versions, one equipped with steel balls and the other with ceramic balls, for extended life and resistance to heat.

MLC Stick Silicone for belts

MLC, the brand of racing legend Lamberto Collari, have released this ‘Stick Silicone’ for use on belt driven cars. Apply the substance to the belt, using the handy sponge applicator similar to that seen on some traction additive bottles, and it will soften up your belts for a freer transmission as well as repel dirt. Suitable for rubber and kevlar transmission belts.

Cube Racing Revolution silicone oil

Made using specially manufactured 100% silicone oil material, the viscosity has been accurately tested and will not change in different temperatures. Xceed RC have been in touch to tell us about their recent releases which include a new range of oils and some body accessories. Sold separately or in a set of all 3, there is one way lube, premium lube and bearing oil. The one way lube works, as the name suggests, very well on one way bearings such as those in the 2-speed gearbox and 4wd front axle, while the premium lube is a good all round lubricant for use in the cars transmission and can even be used as after run oil.
