Coming from Corner Speed RC are three new lubricants for various applications in RC racing. First up is the Max-Rev high speed bearing oil, a low viscosity lubricant. It has been carefully formulated and tested to maximise the efficiency of the lube in the toughest of conditions. It contents a special additive that helps the lube to working consistency under extremely high RPM and it comes in a 10ml needle tip bottle that make it easy to apply on any small bearings and parts. Next up is the Maxi-Free CV joint lube, a deeply penetrating teflon lubricant that works for on-road and off-road applications. The wet lubricant dries out on the parts, leaving a super hard and extremely durable film that does not attract dirt and keeps away carpet fluff and tyre rubber. The fluid comes in an easy to use fine tip bottle. Last but not least comes the Steel 2 Plastic dry lubricant for all metal-to-plastic and plastic-to-plastic connections. It prevents dirt and grime to build up inside plastic joints for long lifespan while helping them working consistently in different conditions. The lube is great for all on-road and off-road applications.
JConcepts, together with RM2 have announced the release of a new heavy duty lubricant for RC ball differentials. On the race track, the ball diff is still heavily used and the most popular form of power transfer from the gear box to drive-shafts and is almost exclusively used on dirt track conditions. The RM2 clear diff lube is an option for racers looking to tame the power and provide the all-important drive and acceleration necessary to win at the highest level. Coming from SMJ are their new Ultra joint lubricant and grease, two chemicals developed to reduce drivetrain wear. First up is the Ultra joint lubricant, a lower viscosity oil for all metal-to-metal combinations such as driveshafts and outdrives. The lube greatly reduces wear to cross pins, couplers, driveshafts and wheel axles and thanks to its low viscosity it still sticks perfectly to the parts, offering a free drivetrain feeling and improved drivetrain efficiency. Also new is the Ultra joint grease, a heavy duty product for driveshafts, cup joints and thrust bearings whose high viscosity allows for high adhesion and less chance of flinging away even under high loads or high RPM. Both products were developed in cooperation with full-scale car tuning brand G-max and they are available now.
Infinity has extended its range of high performance silicone diff oils with the addition of five new high viscosity oils. Using carefully selected silicone oil, the new 60K, 100K, 300K, 500K and 1 million viscosity offerings are professionally controlled during production. This ensures an accuracy that gives racers a reliable source of consistency when selecting the correct oil for the set-up they are aiming to achieve. The 60K and 100K oil comes in 60cc bottles as with the previous oils in the range while the 300K, 500K and 1 million comes in 30cc container.
Hudy have introduced their new 5ml lubricant bottle set. Containing three small bottles as well as dropper and needle nozzles the containers are great for the use with a range of oils as they are small in size for convenient storage and transportation while the dropper and optional needle nozzles ensure precise application of various thickness lubricants. Included come both air-tight safety lock caps as well as rubber caps for the needle nozzles.

The oils were developed by German nitro on-road frontrunner Toni Gruber and Italy’s Pepe Group, ensuring maximum performance and protection. Both were developed in cooperation with the Pepe Group with the after run oil ensuring maximised engine life as it keeps the engine internals in best possible shape when the engine is not in use for a longer time, for example over the winter season. The chemical neutralises corrosive residue, preventing harming rust build-up. As for the air filter oil, the sticky sauce prevents dust from entering the engine, ensuring prolonged engine life while ensuring best possible airflow at the same time. Both oils are available in 50ml bottles.
