West Coast R/C Works have announced the release of their new 30mm fan shroud “front”. The specially designed touring car shroud allows to mount a cooling fan in front of the speed controller with the shroud directing the air over the speed controller towards the motor, allowing to scrap the ESC can for less weight and power consumption. The design is usable for both modified and stock indoor racing and it is usable with standard 30mm fan units.
Coming from Merlin Depta’s Merlin McFly brand are new carbon fibre off-road setup wheels. Made in Northern Germany from high-quality 3mm high quality carbon material the setup wheel offers a lightweight design with maximum precision and stiffness, making them a valuable travel partner for years. The 112mm diameter wheels are usable with all 1/8th off-road buggies.

Designed to be even more reliable and precise, the new AT120X pulley is machined from high-quality aluminium and it comes hard-anodised for wear and looks. The pulley is available as AT120XB including ball bearings as well as AT120X without bearings and it was designed to fit all A800, A800X and A800X Evo cars.
VBC Racing have announced the soon release of their Ghost18 Edition A touting car, an upgraded version of the popular Ghost18. The Edition A now comes with the upgraded 7075 aluminium main chassis and full carbon upper deck for improved handling. It also comes with full 7075 aluminium parts, full carbon graphite parts and racing quality parts. Kyosho have announced the release of 7075 aluminium centre driveshafts for the Lazer ZX7 4WD buggy. Machined from aircraft grade alloy and coming with a black surface coating for wear and looks, the centre dogbone driveshafts are available in 88mm, 77.5mm, 71.5mm and 68.5mm specifications. Due to their lighter weight compared to the standard steel parts the driveshafts allow for quicker spool-up, making them ideal especially for stock racing classes.
Coming from Hudy is their new 80x30mm round storage container. Ideal to store and transport unassorted small parts the box features a threaded lid, plastic wadding and stylish Hudy graphics. It is large enough for screws, ball bearings and miscellaneous smaller parts such as 1/10th diffs.
West Coast R/C Works have announced new additions to their popular fan shroud line in the form of dedicated 2WD buggy fan shrouds. Developed using customer feedback, the newly developed shrouds make maximum use of the tight space available in mid motor 2WD buggies and trucks with three different variants being available. The 2WD buggy fan shroud was designed for the weight conscious Stock racer while the 2WD buggy fan shroud long provides extra cooling for Modified and Stock classes. The third option is the directed fan shroud that provides the most cooling due to the cooling of the front and end bell. The standard and long versions should be installed behind the motor and trimming of the side guard may be required while the directed shroud should be installed on top of the battery.
Associated Electrics have announced the release of the new Reedy Pro charge lead with stepped 4mm and 5mm battery connectors. It came be used with hardcase batteries that utilise both 4mm and 5mm bullet-type connectors and a standard 2mm bullet connector is provided for the balance connection. On the other end, 4mm bullet connectors plug directly into the charger while an XH 2S balance connector plugs into the charger’s balance port or to a compatible balance board. The 580mm long lead has an all-black appearance for Pro looks.
