Now available through Robitronic, the new line of wheel balancers from Tourex allow you identify unbalanced wheels and using the balancing putty you can rectify this problem. Eccentric tires ruin the ball bearings, hit out ball ends and make the cars difficult to control in curves and straight stretches. Available for 1:5 scale, 1:8 scale offroad and 1:10 scale. Tourex have also released their flywheel tool that enables the easy removal of the flywheel from the cone without scratches or dents.

DE Racing Losi XXX-SCT wheels

DE Racing have announced the release of new white wheels for the front and rear of the Losi XXX-SCT. These wheels are also available in the new silver colour (above) as are the rest of the range of wheels and their Hub Nutz now come in white and silver. DE have also launched a new website that makes searching for the parts you want much easier and more intuitive.

The popular handling and driving characteristics of the step pin tread, coupled with the Fastrax soft compound will make the ‘BullsEye’ a firm favourite in the pit bag, as it can perform on a wide variety of surfaces from dirt, grass and astro turf.  Available pre-mounted on one-piece beadloc effect scale Short Course wheels or as a tire and insert only. Both combinations come with Fastrax’s new SC molded foam inserts. Available wheels for direct fit on Team Associated SC10, Traxxas Slash, Slayer, Hong Nor, HoBao Hyper SC, HPI Blitz etc.

New for the Slash 2wd JConcepts have released their Tense front wheels which are a glue-on, all-out competition inspired wheel from the ground up designed to withstand heavy abuse and perform under even the most demanding situations.  The wheel design begins with a scale appeal and functionality that separates itself from the rest, while a heavy duty black nylon material and 12mm beefy hex design combine to form the ultimate in scale and performance. Topping off the appearance of the wheel are 2 optional open and closed center caps, one with JC logo for authenticity and brand loyalty. With 2 solid and 2 open center caps included, the driver now has the option for complete show with a closed cap or performance and function with the open cap. The center caps are secured to the wheel with included 6 – 2.5x8mm button head screws.

HPI Baja SC TR-10 chrome wheels

These 10-spoke beadlock wheels not only look great, they also grip the tires in place securely and hold it in place in all sorts of tough racing conditions. The tire is held on with bead lock rings to keep it securely mounted on the wheel without the need for messy super glue. Made from tough high-impact nylon with metal reinforcements around the hex hubs for extra durability, they are available to fit the front and rear wheels in -4mm and -10mm offset.
