Benni Gröschel joins Team Orion

Team Orion distributor Kyosho Germany announce the signing of well known electric off-road racer Benjamin “Benni” Gröschel. The multiple German National Champion chose Team Orion products as he is convinced to trust into “the most powerful and reliable products on the market”. He also stated that Team Orion’s Vortex R10 Pro speed controller gives him the “best throttle feeling he never felt before”.  Benni will make the debut with his new electronic partner at the upcoming opening round of the 2013/14 Euro Offroad Series in Poznan this weekend.

Water & Helliwell join Team Schumacher

Schumacher are pleased to announce the strengthening of our UK Off Road team with the addition of two top racers, Nathan Waters and James Helliwell. Both drivers are BRCA National A finalists and Nathan is 2012-13 Worksop Schumacher Indoor Masters 2WD Champion. James is also responsible for the awesome Robin Hood Raceway. Both drivers will compete with the CAT K1 and Cougar SV2 at multiple winter series races and 2014 BRCA Nationals.

Niclas Maanson & Daniel Kobbevik join Savöx

NorthTQ from Denmark have announced that Sweden’s Niclas Maanson and Daniel Kobbevik from Norway have recently joined Savöx to run the popular servo brand in all of their cars. Currently practicing at OC/RC Raceway in Los Angeles as a preparation for their IFMAR World Championship campaign the two Team Associated drivers have successfully used the servos so far and now look forward for the World Championships that will kick off this Sunday.

Multiple Portuguese National Champion, former European Champion and multiple European and World Championship podium finisher Miguel Matias recently joined the Vampire Racing factory team through to 2014 to run the company’s 1/10th and 1/8th brushless motor and speed controllers along the Vampire Racing line of high performance LiPo battery packs. Miguel already used the components during the 1/10th Buggy Euros and the recent Neo Race with great success.

Jörn Neumann joins Team Orion

Team Orion announce the addition of 4-time European Champion Jörn Neumann to their international race Team. The German frontrunner will be using Team Orion’s 1/10 and 1/8 electric products on the upcoming World Championships in the U.S. and also through 2014. This is what Jörn has to say about the deal:
