Trinity have introduced the new LiPo Factory 1S 7000mAh 90C LiPo battery pack. Made from high-performance 90C cells and coming in a protective hardcase with 5mm bullet-type connectors, the batteries target club and intermediate level racers that seek affordable yet performance driven products. The 1S pack offers standard “1/12th scale” dimensions and it is available now.

New from Hobbywing for their XeRun XR10 Pro ESC comes this optional top case. A direct replacement for the standard aluminium top case, this new version has a larger heatsink footprint, and so accepts a larger diameter fan than the standard version, as well as featuring taller fins for more surface area to improve cooling. In testing with their team drivers this optional item showed a significant drop in operating temperatures for the ESC which makes it ideal for tracks where the speedo would normally run hotter. Coming from Yokomo are the new Zero 2 series sport-level brushless motors. Featuring a newly designed and black anodised aluminium can the motors are available in a range of windings including 6.5T and 8.5T modified as well as 10.5T to 30.5T stock variants. The fully enclosed design without cooling openings result in a motor that requires very little maintenance even when operated in dusty conditions and the motors come pre-wired with bullet-type connectors, compatible with many entry and sport-level brushless speed controllers.

Yokomo have updated their line of high-performance brushless speed controllers and now introduce the BL4 series. The range includes the BL-Pro4, BL-RS4 and BL-SP4 with the BL-Pro4 being a top-of-the-foodchain ESC with an all-aluminium case, 1-cell LiPo booster, a new cooling fan and an aluminium cooling fan guard. A new firmware allows for better control over the boost, turbo delay and slope functions as well as the brake frequency. On top of this the controller sports all-black wiring for that cool factory look.
Coming from Japanese company Modify is the Electrical Grid power distributor. Measuring a compact 60x65x30mm the distributor features four 4mm tube-type outputs, two switches and two 5V/2A USB charge outputs to power up to six different devices from a single power source. Included with the box comes a suitable connection cable.
Coming from Arrowmax is the multi-nation travel adapter that allows to use AC devices in a range of countries. Offering Asian, UK, Europe and US plug pattern, the device also sport a USB port with a maximum of 2.1A output. Compact and lightweight the adapter is easy to store and transport and it comes with a handy pouch.
Maclan Racing have introduced the MRR Team Edition electric brushless motors. Based on the popular MRR platform the Team Edition utilises Japanese made steel stator material for the short stack style rotors. Custom-made copper wire also has a higher temperature threshold along with maximum diameter allowed by ROAR regulations. Overall the Team Edition has an average four percent lower internal resistance compared to the standard MRR series motors. Also part of the TE package are all-new hall sensors that are more accurate while offering a much higher speed polling rate which will provide quicker throttle response with higher top speeds. The hand-built motors will become available by late November.
