A new VTEC Competition Car Line 3S battery is ready, the 4500mAh 40C/80C 11.1V. It features higher C-rate for more power and higher capacity for longer run times. This is achieved through the use of even better, thinner and more efficient cells. The latest materials and an optimised electrolyte make the high-end battery ready for the use in 1/10 onroad and offroad cars.

Elangears have released the follow up to their EL-01D compact charger with the release of the Elan-R. The updated device sports a clearer orange LCD screen and more power. Powered by DC 11V – 16V it now has a charging output of 0.1 to 15A and a discharge current of 0.1 to 7A making it a significant update on the previous version.

Hitec announce their new H4 four port DC multicharger. Housed in a sleek aluminium case with backlit graphic display and four computer controlled 120W ports the charge can make use of NiMH, LiXX and Pb batteries. The 8A independent ports can also be paired into two 240W outputs for even more charging power. The charger sports the usual line of safety features, is upgradable with the latest firmware and PC-interface capable using Hitec’s own HPP-22 PC interface.

The S-ePower Electrical Switch is an electronic on/off switch with build-in LiPo battery low-voltage cut off to protect receiver batteries from damage. It features an integrated battery indicator, large power switch and dimensions of 39.2×17.5×9.5mm and weights 11g. The switch is useable in a voltage range of 5V to 10V and is able to handle a peak current of 14A.
