Venom 50C LiPo battery packs

Thoroughly tested and rated at a continuous 50C, these new packs are capable of 10 second bursts at 100C and are available in a wide variety of capacities and configurations to fit almost any power application. Venom’s new 50C hard case battery packs are perfect for the rigors of on and off road racing while the 2500, 3600 and 5000mAh packs are perfect for airplanes, helicopters and boat applications. All of Venom’s new 50C LiPo battery packs feature heavy gauge wire leads and the hard cases feature the company’s new patent pending Universal Plug System.

Racers Edge 40C 5000mAh 14.8V LiPo

New from Racers Edge is this hard case 14.8V 5000mAh 4S LiPo battery which offers huge power output and long run times. The dimensions are 48mm wide, 138mm long, and 48mm tall and is a great option for 1/8th scale electric buggies or electric monster trucks with plenty of voltage and a great 40C power rating. Pre-wired with a high amp, low resistance true Deans Ultra Plug and it uses the JST-XH (Align) balance adapter.

RMS Motor Measurement system

New from RMS is the Motor Measurement system, a device that allows you to measure the resistance of your brushless cans to give you the best combination of motor components obtain the best performance. The MMS measures the resistance of the motor winding(s) and comes ready with a 3½ digit LCD that can measure winding resistance from 0.1 to 399.9 milli ohms. Readings can be done with the motor in or out of the car or the rotor in or out of the motor and is also great for tech inspection.

LRP SXX Stock Spec BL Speed controller

LRP have introduced the new SXX Stock Spec brushless speed controller, based on the IFMAR World Championship winning SXX TC Spec with new developments specifically for stock-spec racing. Featuring dual ADPC max software, this allows independent adjustment of ‘Feel’ and ‘Boost’ for maximum flexibility and high power, while a twin BEC ensures constant 6V/3A output with 3.0V to 7.4V batteries meaning there is no need for a receiver battery for 1S LiPo or 4-cell NiMH Batteries. LRP Vector X12 Octa-Wind BL motors

LRP have introduced the 2nd generation of their XTEC X12 technology, which feature an 8 time (Octa) winding instead of the previous 4 time winding, the effect is a different power characteristic resulting in much higher performance. The LRP R&D team has increased the number of copper wires used in the motor, resulting in lower resistance and thanks to the lower heat development of the octa wind less energy is lost resulting in higher efficiency. The end result is more power.
