Our plan is to develop these guys through various means to not only better the drivers but learn from what they can teach us. We offer on and off track help along with many years experience and bring a family feeling back to the race track. Making the team a fun and professional group that can also give something back. We aim to have a group of juniors that learn about what it takes to win but also what it takes to be part of a team that enjoys what they do and help others. A calm and youthful team is something we are building for the future. Kids are the future and this is the part where Team Associated is rebuilding something towards that future. We are delighted with the response to the team and look forward to working more completely with these guys. Its brought a lot of fun and spirit back to the group.
