By unanimous vote of the ROAR Executive Committee, the proposal selected for the 2013 IFMAR Electric Off-Road Worlds is from Silver Dollar Raceway in Chico, California, operated by A-Main Hobbies. In recognition of the time and effort that goes into preparing a proposal for such an event, ROAR would like to thank the other facilities that submitted proposals. The other facilities that were under consideration are top notch racing venues and the decision as to which to choose was difficult. The Silver Dollar Raceway will be a first class facility that will provide great competition and a high level of visibility trackside for local spectators and worldwide from broadcast media.
