RC Atomic MRX Ultra 1:28 2WD Competition Kit

1:28 specialist manufacturer RC Atomic has presented its new 2WD Link-less Competition kit the MRX Ultra.  The Hong Kong manufacturer’s third generation  of 2WD Link-less 2WD Pan Car they have made significant changes with the latest car.  The Ultra comes with a one-piece 7075 integrated chassis with the front bulkhead, central pivot mount, and rear guide rail all prefabricated into main chassis and offering perfect alignment of them.  This kit also allows users to choose between from the traditional horizontal battery and “inline vertical” battery configurations.  To further lower the centre of gravity of the car, they have relocated the mid damper to the rear and no more heavy weight sling over the battery.  They have also made a opening on the chassis to allow servo to sit lower.  New front suspension system allows you to finely adjust the roll centre and camber gain by adding shims to the pivot joint of the arms.

RC Atomic MRV Double Wishbone Suspension Conversion

1:28 specialist manufacturer and reigning PN World Cup Champion manufacturer RC Atomic has released a revised Double Wishbone Suspension (DWS) conversion kit for it’s MRV/MRX chassis.  The new kits features a redesigned bulkhead and upper arm mount which are machined from 7075 aluminium.  Every parameter is adjustable such as camber angle, ride height, upper arm height, camber gain, caster angle.  Also lighter in weight, their MRT Evo UP01B servo saver can be installed directly with no modification required.  The kit comes with 0.5 degree caster mount, with optional 1.5 and 3.0 degree mounts available separately, and steel turnbuckle are included.  The is system is aimed at expert level drivers and will require advanced car setup knowledge.  Compared to single arm of SF system, DWS system will offer more and faster mid corner steering.

Atomic MRV ‘Simple Front System’

Following the recent release of their MRV kit, 1:28 specialist manufacturer RC Atomic has announced a ‘Simple Front System’ for the car.  Easy to build, easy to get symmetric, and easy to tune and set up, the front bulkhead is entirely produced from 7075 aluminium and anodised a Titanium colour.  Camber adjustment can be made with provided 0.2mm shims. 6 shims = 0 degree, 4 shims = 1 degree, 2 shims = 2 degree, no shim = 3 degree.  Overall the front width with 0 offset rims will be 73 mm.

Atomic MRX Master Spring Steel Chassis & Motor Mount

New from 1:28 specialists RC Atomic for its MRX Master Edition pan car comes this Spring Steel Chassis & Motor Mount set.  Having released an Aluminium Chassis & Motor Mount set for the car in June, that chassis weighing in at 12 grams, the steel option weighs in at 31 grams.  A category that is enjoying a moment to the spotlight with a number of new car releases including Team Associated, the Spring Steel chassis gives users further tuning options for the Hong Kong manufacturer’s double PNWC 2024 title winning based MRX.  Like the Alu set, the mount is included for a lower motor position.  The 2025 PNWC, the categories World Championships, will take place in United Stated from November 6-9 at 5280 Raceway in Denver, Colorado.

RC Atomic MRX 24mm battery Center Damper Mount

1:28 specialist manufacturer RC Atomic has released this Center Damper Mount for use on its MRX Master pan car kit when running 24mm batteries.  This centre damper mount is for big block (24mm wide) battery in horizontal configuration with the set coming with longer plastic ball cap and all hardware required.  The MRX ‘Master Edition’ chassis kit is based on the double PNWC 2024 title winning chassis from the Hong Kong manufacturer.

RC Atomic MRX Master Lexan Touring Body Mount

1:28 specialist manufacturer RC Atomic has released this Touring Lexan Body Mount for its MRX Master 1:28 pan car.  With this option, the body post is moved 6mm towards the rear which is good for touring bodies.  The body post will not come out from the windows of the body and it also it gives you the option of turning the body post 90 degree so you can adjust the orientation of the body clip.
