Rêve D RDX MC-III Conversion Kit

Japanese RC Drift specialists ReveD has released the MC-III  conversion kit for their popular RDX 1:10 drift car.  The use of machined aluminium and carbon fibre parts improves precision and rigidity in every component, resulting in improved front grip and superior cornering performance.  The main chassis and upper deck feature a new MC-III design optimised for the significantly stiffer bulkhead.  The battery holder area also prioritises chassis flex and is lightweight.  The entire chassis and upper deck flexes, ensuring high traction while improving handling stability.  The kit also features newly designed upper arms.  These specifications allow for future tuning, such as wider turn ing angles and narrower scrub radius with optional tuning parts to be announced soon.  Additionally, a newly developed front body mount stay for the magnetic mount allows for front-to-rear position adjustment, making installation easier on a variety of chassis types.

Rêve D RDX Rear A-Arm System

Japanese Drift RC car specialists Team Rêve D has announced the released of their long-awaited Rear A-Arm System for its RDX drift chassis.  Engineered to deliver exceptional cornering performance and traction, this upgrade transforms the RDX’s rear suspension into an A-arm setup, allowing full adjustability of vehicle width, camber, caster, roll centre, and even bump-induced toe changes.  This greatly expands the range of setup options available allowing you to experience greater control during corner exits with enhanced kick, charge, and release dynamics. The system supports faster throttle response during drift transitions, enabling you to fine-tune performance based on surface conditions, track layout, and your unique driving style. The initial settings are based on a well-balanced setup developed by Team Rêve D’s Takahiro, in collaboration with Akira Tayui and Hodaka Ishijima, both of whom bring years of competitive A-arm experience.

Reve D RDX Multi-Select Front Knuckles

New from Japanese Drift RC car specialists Team Reve D are these new optional Multi-Select Front Knuckles designed to elevate the drifting performance of the RDX chassis kit.  The Multi-Select Front Knuckles are an innovative upgrade that offers enhanced customisation and precision for RC drift enthusiasts.  These highly anticipated release is the perfect addition for those looking to refine their drifting setups. The new design splits the knuckle and top plate into two separate components, allowing you to effortlessly adjust your settings for optimal performance on any track. With the ability to swap out the top plate, you can tailor your handling and drift characteristics to suit your driving style and track conditions. The first top plate available is the [HIKARU], named after Team Rêve D’s own Hoshi Hikaru, renowned for his lightning-fast snap transitions and exceptional drift speed through tight corners. With the HIKARU plate, you can experience the same sharp responsiveness and deep drift angles that define Hoshi Hikaru’s iconic driving style.

Rêve D Radio and LiPo bag

RC Drift specialists ReveD from Japan has introduced a new radio bag and lipo bag to its accessories range.  The large-capacity type ‘Radio Bag 2’ can accommodate various sizes of radios and has a large opening with a zipper, making it easy to put in and take out your radio.  It can also be used as a large-capacity bag that is convenient for carrying chargers, parts boxes and others track side essentials.  The new ‘LiPo Bag 2’ can be used not only with short size LiPo batteries that are often used in RC drifting, but also with standard size LiPo batteries. By using flame-retardant materials with excellent fire resistance and wide Velcro, damage will be minimized in the unlikely event that the battery catches fire.

Rêve D RDX Carbon Front Upper Brace

Reve D have announced a new carbon front upper brace for its RDX 1:10 drift chassis.  The front upper brace was developed by the Rêve D engineering team through repeated test runs, paying close attention to the material, thickness, and shapes.  By attaching it to the top of the bulkhead, it greatly improves the rigidity of the front section, and great improving stability when drifting.  Also the Body post mounting holes are prepared on both sides of the upper brace. By relocating the body post from the edge of the chassis, providing weight reduction at the front section and achieve more sharp handling.

Rêve D HT Rear Lower arm

Drifting brand Rêve D has introduced their new HT rear lower arm for improved rear traction.  The HT rear lower arm, which is machined from lightweight and highly rigid DURACON (POM) material, achieves a highly precise finish and dramatically smooth suspension movement.  There are two lengths, 42mm and 45mm.  In addition to the caster angle of 0 degrees, the 42mm has a caster angle of 2.6 degrees with an inclination on the outer pin side.  As a unique feature, the 42mm and 45mm arms with a caster angle of 0 degrees adopt a reversible structure, and two types of damper mounting heights can be selected by exchanging the left and right.  The 42mm caster 2.6 degrees type can increase traction without hindering the sinking of the suspension by tilting the knuckle forward without adding a skid angle.  Rêve D recommend using it in combination with the recently announced long type suspension mounts.

Rêve D Long Type Alum Suspension Mounts

Japanese RC Drift car manufacturer Rêve D is releasing a lightweight and highly rigid aluminium suspension mount series of its already available long type #8 and #9, which are ideal for the new HT rear lower arm (42mm).  The lineup includes #8 for 644-676mm and #9 for 680-712mm, plus type TK for each type, totalling 4 types.  The  lightweight yet highly rigid suspension mount is less likely to cause alignment changes even when a load is applied while driving, and the suspension movement is more precise and stable traction is achieved.  The type TK, which allows the rear upper arm to be attached to the suspension mount, creates a direct feeling in the movement of the rear suspension and improves the control performance more effectively.
